Also, make sure the game isn't accidentally running on the integrated gpu instead of the 4090

While the game is running, open task manager (press Ctrl+Shift+Escape)

and look for vrchat there

check the column called GPU engine

if you don't see that column, right click one of the column names and add it

when you find out which gpu it says there, go to the "Performance" tab, and check if that GPU is the 4090

This isn't super possible on Quest because on those headsets the only display the app is rendering to is the headset itself. All the streaming camera does on PC is mirror it's view to the VRChat window on your desktop, where you can then capture video using something like OBS. Standalone headsets don't have that window to mirror to. There is currently no way to capture video of VRChat without external software.

yea thats how a lot of other content creators do it aswell, but lolathon doesnt use the in-game camera. He has it on his avatar. If you pay attention to his videos, youll notice that at no point ever do you see the in-game camera. He even sometimes takes the photo camera out to take pictures, which would get rid of the stream camera

This is gonna seem random lol- but I'm having a crisis between buying a PC game and a PCVR game, these games being: The Outlast Trials OR Hellsplit Arena.
Personally I’ve wanted the Outlast Trials for a while but don’t know exactly who’d I play it with, especially with Lethal Company drawing out the attention but Outlast Trials is a game that I have alot of interest for and has been on my radar as a #1 co-op horror game in my book.

I found going from 2 -> 3 base stations helped immensely with tracking consistency in general. I wear my hip one in front, and for me it's almost never been occluded.

I've got mine mounted up high in 3 of the 4 corners of my room, but my center position in vr in the room is such that the triangle they form is around me, so coverage has been pretty good. Only time I have any issue is if I face the one corner without and move far enough in that direction for a time, but that's rare.

You would... physically crouch/go prone based on your height.

But if the avatar has GoGo Loco on it, you can use that to lower yourself and get into different positions.

VirtualDesktop it self should be able to work around that by emulating trackers in SteamVR as well, it doesn't nessearily require OpenXR and it's own runtime.

Yeah careful with fonts they can make their names so similar to other people's names.
You won't even notice until you accidentally reported the wrong person using screenshot based evidence.
Also those images can be altered.

In game reports are more reliable in this case.
