There is a wait in there, 5s+2.5s rand but theres alot of agents so theres still a heap moving all at once. One thought I had was to cap heavier movement to a certain number of agents.

it depends on what other functionality you want, just something flying and bouncing is relatively simple, turn off gravity and give it physics. If you want ground avoidance just trace down in world space

Id say the main benefit to control rig is being able to make the animations within the scene that youre working with, if you need the character to pull a lever you dont need complex IK solvers to do the work you can just smash it together in UE4 and have it work
you could do the same thing in a 3rd party app but its alot of back and forth which can cost time, especially when there are tiny hiccups in the import/export process to deal with

real shot in the dark here, but how are you zipping files these days? I've been using 7zip, but when I use settings for highest compression, either nobody uses 7zip, or when I zip as an a .zip it will still error out even from winrar, you need 7zip unless your using it's default settings

DLSS 2 has been trained with more general images and less of a game specific cases, unlike DLSS 1.
Thus DLSS as a plugin is a thing.
Back then you have to submit build of your game to NVIDIA to be trained for DLSS 1.
