It was my first too, got module and wasn’t too difficult with wooting’s YT construction video side by side. The hardest part is if you mess with stabs imo, but everything else is quick.

stabs are pretty easily done, but the right shift + enter took me some time as they are very close together and my stabs bumped into each other

For someone’s first time usually they spend a fair bit of time lining everything up and making sure it’s all good (if they go 3rd party) and that’s excluding if they lube/wire balance and construct them.

You’re only going to get deeper switches, so take your pick between tikkens, UR Ice/Phylina thunder bolt or deep clack flux. Sno has all sound tests on the Wooting site

It’s because TTC POM has the worst factory lube of all current switches

There’s practically 0 lube aside from 3 dots on the bottom housing which does nothing

So it’s closer to having no factory lube at all

Let's say you're saying that Wooting x TTC KOMs, compared to the default ones, need to be lubricated from the start

The TTC POM and Wooting x TTC POM all have no factory lube. The rest of the switches on wooting’s website do have factory lube

You don’t need to regularly lube them, hand lube would last you til you replace them or until they sound plasticky/don’t feel as good
