It's recommended to use 70-80g bottom out spring, if you're using ceramic spacebar keycap.
Hello, I just got this keyboard today! What are the good keycaps I'm looking for, such as a red set or one that matches the color of Liverpool FC?
Unsure of this brand, but this seems to be the colors you want mostly: https://popkeycap.com/collections/keycap-sets/products/ultraman-keycap-set-sa-profile
keycaps, mechanical keyboard, mechanical keyboard keycap, keyboard keycaps, dsa keycaps, sa profile keycaps, pbt keycaps, abs keycaps, gmk, gmk clone keycaps, gmk clone, gradient keycaps, keyboard switches, keyboard kit, custom keycap sets, artisan keycaps, group buy, cherry mx switches, keyboard case, wooden keycaps, build your own keyboard, oe...
they should fit 80HE
they're ABS though, and you might want something more durable like PBT
Specs Material: PBT material Profile: Cherry profile Production Method: Doubleshot Manufacturer: PBTfans Packaging: ABS keycaps tray with designed tray cover Friendly Reminder: Only keycaps included, no keyboard Compatibility: Cherry MX switches and MX-style clones QC Standard PBTfans Keycap QC Standard: Link Vendor Li
There's also that one, which you might prefer. It's PBT Doubleshot, so it's going to be much better for durability than the ABS above.
(and it'll play nicely with the RGB of your 80HE and they have a UK vendor)
UK vendor link:
https://www.mechmods.co.uk/collections/keycaps/products/pbtfans-courage-red?variant=54835317408122
I'd suggest the latter.
yes using the provided 70gram jade blue
where would one buy new/different stabilizers for an 80he-? i er,, dont really know where to look. i guess i could theoretically do more research but. i feel like the server would know better!!
anyone knows fast shipping of owlab ti he switches in The Netherlands? (Specifically a store I should use like a recommendation?)
And does 50g vs 40g matter? I am currently using the lekker v2 green switches
Deltakey
Unikeys
That's preference. Most choose 50g
Thanks Shafie, I'll take a look
Is there any noticeable difference between 40g 30g and 45g switches
I'm curious if anyone else having this issue: my 80 usually becomes unresponsive in some keys or all keys altogether.
I'm thinking of getting the new 60 but to be honest, looking at my own experience with 80, I don't really believe in the quality of this product line anymore.
I'm wondering if this is this a rare 1 case off or not?
That is not a common issue. Sounds like a defect or an issue on your end.
Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on the back of your PC and use included cable. Make sure the firmware is up to date.
Noted with thanks. I tried almost everything (even all instructions from CS) so I'm quite sure my keyboard can not be fixed. Well, I guess I'm just unluckly then. Lesson learnt to carefully QA my purchase in the future ^^!.
Won't hurt to check the internal JST cable, as it might be loose and causing this issue.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
And besides: This kind of thing can happen with any provider.
You mean the one connecting the boarding and power source? I can see it in the back since my case is transparent, it's very tight.
It's alright, thanks for your support though.
I have already given up trying to fix this months ago. Just asking here when considering of 60 purchases.
Have you reached out to Wooting?
Yes, and I tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked.
it'd be covered by warranty assuming no user damage or anything like that. I'm not sure what you discussed with support previously but either way defects like this would be covered under warranty
unless there was something else that caused the issue you should reach out to support
What about the plate, I'm reconsidering FR4 or CF. I mostly game and like it to be clicky/clacky. which one is better for this?
Both will be louder and clackier than a stock PC plate
CF will be louder and stiffer than FR4
I just put a FR4 in mind and I like it.
Does wooting to black friday and discounts or nah
No
K ty
Does anyone here have the wrist rest and zinc alloy and would you recommend them?
best product ever :D
Wait what are the lekker tikken switches
My wooting came last december with the v2s is it better?
I have it. No complains.
Looks amazing, ordering mine this month with my new pc đ
?
Any1 tried both and can compare? Is it a big difference worth upgrading?
It's a nice improvement.
anyone have holy80? how is the sound compare zinc?
I might only upgrade once they push their next switch upgrade
My last keyboard was a Anne pro II and I upgraded to a wooting 60he is that a w or l
W
Is it normal that 80HE Chips after a while? I switched from white to Black because of the issues in the beginning
Friend gave me a trashed, 5yo membrane keeb from walmart, then I jumped straight to a MADE68Ultra 7 months ago. Now, I have an 80HE ordered, bc better software lol
No, you should open a support ticket.
are the 20 exclusive âSpacebar Heistâ switches included for Founders just for looks ?
Reach out to support and they will.help you out. If you want some more info about it: https://youtu.be/Ryi0DvuN-9Q?si=3py6REswFHU3X9CY
Weâre making steady progress on the Wooting 80HE Black Zinc case, working to make it better than ever. However, during our chemical testing, we ran into a few issues. As a result, weâll need to adjust the formula.

Up to you. They're a heavier spring. So fun or practical is up to you.
If you want more like it, you can spring mod Tikken switches to match.
not really sure where i could ask this but, is there an eta of when the lekker tikkens in 90 pack will return in stock?
is it normal that on the standard 80he the keycaps can wobble a bit back and forth
Did you have to put them on yourself?
Yeah of course?
Not all of them come with caps off.
But in that case you probably didn't push it all the way down to sit on the little + on the switch properly
hmm ooikay well then i might press them downfor a sec more harder
I'm so glad I ordered when I did. 80HE module was on backorder til january, but now it's moved up to next week! Finally got some luck on my side
hmm still woobles maybe its the siwtch itself or smth like that
Also possible
Ye whey woobble a bit, that's normal
Yeah, some switches have plungers with less wobble at the top of the keystroke and/or the bottom of the keystroke, but none are completely wobble free.
Hi guys, does anybody knows, I bought gateron ruby switches, but still can feel while pressing some sand feelingm is it normal? or maybe not the best switch option ...?
Is it the springs being crunchy?
It should be a pretty smooth switch, maybe try swapping the one that feels bad with an extra one?
yep, suppose to be smooth but some of the keys sounds like with sand, maybe need to be more lubed
want to try owlab ti instead
I'd bag lube springs
yep also possible, thanks
another questiion, whuile I was replacing the original lekker switches I did noticed that it is quite hard to dismantle some of the switches..... to be honest first time experience with that, on the previous keyboard like zoom75 everything was pretty easy, I was wondering may I do anyt damages, because it is really hard to dismantle some of the switchesđ
Nope, you won't damage anything. Lekker switches are pretty hard to pull.
Pulling Jade Rubies should be easier.
thanks bro
any special mods can be applied to wooting to increase sound feelings?
how much better is the lekker tikkens than the l60 v2s on the 80he
Probably better to ask in #đ§âkeyboard_modding
Tikkens are a nice improvement over the V2s, in my opinion. They have less stem wobble, closed bottom instead of an open one for a better feel and a more distinct sound profile, and a longer spring for a snappier rebound.
is there a significant bounce difference between v2 and 80he cause on the website it says its made for less flex and a bit more normal bounce
That's the FR4 plate in 60HEV2 vs the polycarbonate plate in the 80HE.
I swapped my 80HE factory plate for a FR4 plate and, subjectively, it's slightly crisper in feel and sound.
I ordered a 80he zinc alloy white, with the wrist rest and coiled cable but they've put it in hold does anyone know why
Contact support
I have but then have to wait 5- 14 days for a response, it's a bit of a slap in the face spending close to ÂŁ400 and then getting put on hold and made to wait 5 to 14 days for a response that when I respond to that have to wait another 5-14 days
They respond quickly after the first response, dw
it can be a bit slow but itâs good support ;)
actually, if itâs on hold for seemingly no reason, didnât you get an email that you need to update your address?
it just has shut down any excitement I had
I wouldnât worry too much, if itâs randomly put on hold itâll probably be released as well
if not support will fix it
Won't take that long, I expect you'll be totally sorted before the end of next week
nothing, my address was right as it is, it does give me an option to change my address in the hub but no email to say I need it
alright, then just wait for a response from support (or maybe itâll be released before then, who knows).
I think what makes it worse is there's no reason given to it
literally bought a new monitor and mouse aswell, and was hoping to set it all up to play at the same time but cos it's on hold I've just gone and set up the monitor and mouse already
Don't worry friend, we've got you covered
Does the white zinc alloy version come with black keycaps or does the website just show that?
I had an admin hold I couldn't resolve because of a fraud warning that I cleared with my bank right away. Took a few days but Wooting got me taken care of.
Very happy with 80HE and Wooting.
White zinc 80HE comes with white keycaps
Where are you seeing otherwise on the website?
you can choose
Oh I see ty
What country do you live in?
Uk
I still need to Domino my white zinc 80.
I've got both the white and black cap sets.
Thanks, fixed
np
Hi, not sure if im in the correct room. Im debating to upgrade my wooting 60 he it has ws dash switches atm, i was looking at the jjade sapphire or the jade emeralds. Do u guys have something to recommend? thanks
but here
You probably tried to post in #đŞâmodding_faq
what sound profile are you looking for in a switch?
There really is no good white plastic case for the keyboard? Zinc is good colour ofcourse but paying 100⏠extra just for the color is a bit to much for me, and the frost/ghost are not really white
Oh thamk you
Dear diary, today I had a very bad evening and then suddenly a very good evening.
Seems a defective screw, it didn't snap immediately, instead it felt like I am pulling plate to the pcb and then it become a bit more loose and a bit more loose and a bit more loose and suddenly I have screw head spinning with no resistance.
But I was extremely lucky to extract it with thin flat head, this piece was just sitting in the hole without any torque required to "unscrew" it.
Welp, but at least my stabs are properly lubbed now.
I just ordered my 80HE. I am coming from the regular wooting 2 that i bought in 2020. Iam really looking forward to my new keyboard. If I like it then I may just upgrade to the zinc case.
Love my zinc 80HE
ao! thank you!
whats the diffrence between the regular 80he case and zinc one?
Was blown away at how heavy the zinc was when I first picked it up
plastic sound more quiete?
if any of yall know doggie the GD player why does his wooting 80he sound like lighter than mine (when he clicks)
Maybe different switches
Different switches? He had them lubed? Mic makes them sound differently?
Ask the man
or they press them lighter
nah his sound much diff i like it more its prob diff switches then
You can maybe ask what switches he uses or listen to some sound tests on https://link.wooting.io/soundtests to find something that sounds similar
fs ty
does someone else got the problem that ur keys are randomly stuck and keep spamming? i can barely type because of this
Like the keycaps stay at a lower height physically or?
its like i was pressing random keys but im not even touching the keyboard
ohh okay, that is NOT switch related then, i thought you mean it gets stuck visibly/physically
ye, not visibly
try unplugging, wait 5 seconds and replug then wait 10 seconds before touching any keys - see if that fixes it (will recalibrate the switches)
is 80HE v2 gonna come soon?
No, there are no features currently to accomodate such a product
alright, because im gonna buy the 80he this christmass
and i just wanted to knew if there was gonna be a updated version soon
Nope, you are safe
We've announced no plans for such a product, nor am I use what we'd improve on tbh.
The 60HEv2 was made specifically to match 80HE specs.
alr alr, thanks!
Got my 80he today and the stabilizers came broken for the enter key
Great.. the other Gateron Stabilizers also came broken
Broken how
Is there a crack in the plastic? I cant really tell from the picture
stabilizers dont stand up on their own. they just balance the force on the sides. the stabilizer gets pulled up by the keycap which gets pushed up by the switch
Try putting in the other keys to see if the height matches but if itâs stabilised and it goes up and down as normal then thereâs not really an issue i can spot
The Gateron yes the wire is wobbly
Okay if itâs supposed to be like that
Make sure all your keycaps are fully pushed in
Thanks thatâs it
Had to use decent force lol

yo guys
Thank you guys!
I got a bit upset there because Iâm relying on the keyboard for work and was like fuck now I cant use it again and the other stabs I ordered are also broken lol
someone with this type of technical issue
Check internal JST cable, as it might be loose and causing this issue when moving the keyboard.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
randomly disconnects and reconnects while Iâm playing. Sometimes it happens when I lift the keyboard a bit, but other times it happens without me touching anything â it just starts doing it on its own. Occasionally it stops for a while, but the issue keeps coming back from time to time. u see the keyboard stop doing it after while
dont understand 4 point what to do
Watch the disassembly/assembly videos that I linked above.
unplug and replug this JST cable but i think it will not fix but tnx anyway
I dont have the wooting yet but i had that with my old keyboard, it was just my cable not being plugged into my pc correctly, it was a little loose making it disconnect everytime i move my keyboard
Hey, was there some process if your black 80he zinc case started peeling randomly?
I recall reading about it somewhere but can't quite find it on a quick look. Might be bit blind but if anyone happens to know on the short?
Suddenly noticed small corner next to my arrow keys and the paint is literally scratching off
Warranty should cover that
Mine is having kind of similar defect like yours. Unplug and replug will fix it every time but it's getting annoying over time. I can't return it since it's over x months (CS told me so). So I just accepted it.
TBH it's not that annoying after I accept it LOL.
id recc using another cable
if the cable keeps getting lose for everyone and ruining like 15% of the orders why are they not fixing itđ
I donât know where you got 15% from
I guess since it's overtime, it has worked just fine earlier, but may as well ask. Is it by chance you'd have changed the usb port or something, and / or is it usb-c port that might be affected by the same lanes as some pcie slots and noted that on my friends case where that was indeed the fault. He had added nvme ssd to one that shared lane with the usb-c port he had.
This is not a widespread issue and honestly might not even be the same issue as their symptoms are slightly different with the whole wire thing
everytime i look into this channel its someone having a problem with the USB getting lose it cannot be this hard
Itâs the cycle of being on discord so much that we see with some customers
Was just curious since when buying new mobo myself, not a lot of motherboards got ton of usb-c unless you go quite expensive route, and if it by chance happens to be one uses such directly.. They end up often sharing lanes with pcie and it was quite devious how different they are for each manufacturer.
So I noted myself it matters where the keyboard was plugged in.
Thatâs how discord works. People come in when they have issues
Think of it this way. If you have 1-2 weird issues happen in 100 customers, now think of what happens when you have 10000 customers. Now keep multiplying that number
This discord has 150k people cycling in and out based on running into random issues
I own 3 wooting products and the only issue i have had so far is that they caused me to get into the keyboard hobby and now iâm broke
And the solution for power stuff isnât always the cable but itâs usually suggested by staff or helpers as the initial fix because itâs the most common issue or fault to check
Stuff happens. I also have had perfectly good run so far, just happend to be that the paint peeled and came here to write and ask. I read more than write and like following cool pics and reading of cool usecases. Indeed the best place to quickly ask random assistance or troubleshoot. Normal and happy users tend to still probably be the great majority and they are quiet and doing their thing, not necessarily so social on wooting discord.
One weird one too is just having too much stuff plugged into one section can overdraw the lanes and cause big issues sometimes
Motherboards are weird like that sometimes
Yeah. I picked my current mobo carefully after checking how pci-e lanes were split or not..
need to be wary these days especially if you don't want to splurge on mobo and try to pick price/quality balance.
Just not a lot of info on that to be found. Few youtube channels make very nice videos with visual indications of different makers and models.
Wish manufacturers were forced to show all that.
No, people who get into this server get broke after spending too much time on it
Yeah, I don't know what you mean by 'why they don't fix it' or where this 15% number comes from.
The cable can get loose during shipping, and Wooting can't do anything about it. Only a very small percentage of units are affected by this, definitely not 15%. It can be fixed easily in about 3 minutes by simply pushing both ends of the internal cable into the connectors. If that doesn't help, then there's a different issue, maybe even on the consumer's end.
It bugged at first few tries when I got it, only disabled 1 key or 2. Rarely happened so I ignored it (big mistake). Over time it was getting annoying enough for me to file a CS ticket. Get nothing out of it (CS tried their best too but without refunding option, my case is blocked).
Fortunately these bugged behavior only happens rarely even now. 1 or 2 times a day if I'm unlucky. And replug fixes it too.
(I tried different/more expensive cable with no apparent positive results)
And I'm not looking for solution of my case anymore. Just comment since so is having the same situation.
Mm. By any chance is your psu attached to socket that's grounded or non-grounded or got extension cable that's protected or anything? Any other devices, mouse or other that at times blink when you handle them? Again, just random thoughts of past own experience, but it can just be unfortunate issue.
did that cable come with the wooting or you ordered it separately ?
It comes with a frost case
hell yeah
I have the same problem. Not really, because it doesn't happen normally, but when I pull keyboard forward 20-30 cm, it disconnects and reconnects as well.
This is caused by the cable type C connector, maybe coil weight is additional factor here. But with straight end (that I never used pretty much) I don't have such problem and can even create tension in the cable.
Overall it's a usb type c "bug", if you often connect and disconnect cable, it will degrade and stop getting good connect. Usually I have this problem with type c cables I use for charging, especially laptop. Fresh and new they work perfect. 6 months later (or faster for cheaper cables) you can wiggle them in the port and that will cause disconnect and reconnect to charger. Another 6 months and I start having issues with charging, it works when cable sits perfectly straight but if you bump it slightly, charger disconnects and never reconnects until cable is reseated and that's usually the time when I replace the cable.
I got the cable with the frost case
Does anyone have white zinc alloy and white key caps with the wrist rest and coiled cable? can you also send a picture in
I have all but coiled cable
thats gonna be my exact set up same mouse and everything
Got an oled monitor too now its beautiful
that's the newish pro x superlight 2 dex (because naming schemes need to be ridiculous, and have x's)
I got the superlight 2 i was proper trying to find a mouse that was good but i chose that cos off the on board memory option
im staring at this constantly cant wait for mine to come
I chose it for onboard memory and also powerplay pad compatibility. I like my wireless recharging mouse pad.
Yeeessss thats also why i still need to get one but need to get a bigger disk LOL
same set up as me legit
I spent soo much time at work trying to find the combo of things I wanted time well spent
yeah I'm really happy with wooting wrist rest and 6 degree feet on 80he zinc
my keyboard is buggin, its like i was pressing random keys but im not even touching the keyboard. does someone know how to fix that?
unplug and replug
didnt help at all, ive tried that several times
is your JST cable that connects the main PCB to the daughter-board fully plugged in?
If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

Ah nice! đ
no , how do u do that? just record with phone?
You put your phone down and record a video with a black screen next to you typing on the keyboard.
Easiest way to do sound tests! đ
With Lekker Tikkens or with Lekker V2?
Lekker V2 , Lekker Tikken maybe in the future
Nice! đ
Hope this helps! đ

w/ owlab ti switches. overall a lovely upgrade from my worn out 13 year old coolermaster storm mx brown keyboard :D
looks amazing, where did you get the keycaps from?
The keyboard is fucking up my pc, i cant type i cant play i cant do shit, now when its plugged it doesnt even work. I have this keyboard for month and its already fucked up.
Reach out to support, or ask questions here for community help. Sorry you're having trouble.
đŤĄ
If it was only me it would be different but there is a lot of people having the same problem
I'd recommend trying a different port on the back of your PC and using the included USB-C cable. If you're already using it, try another cable if available. Avoid USB hub or KVM switch. If the keyboard still causes issues and it's defective, Wooting will replace it.
This isn't a common problem, so the claim that "a lot of people" are experiencing the same issue isnât accurate. Nobody is scamming you here. https://wooting.io/support

I have tried all of that and it just doesnt work, it was working normally until last week it started pressing random keys.
Sure, then contact Wooting support via the link above and wait for their response.
Already did
I would also secure your attorney and file your lawsuit ASAP. The justice system can be slow at times.
ure so funny
I'm serious brother, I've been through it.
whats the tilt of the 80he with the flat feet? asking for a friend who wants to buy
a little over 2 degrees i think
ty
what keyboard?
have you tried opening up the case and looking at the daughterboard ?
While you're waiting for a response from Wooting, won't hurt to check the internal JST cable, as it might be loose and causing this issue.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
Im trying to, but i dont have any screwdriver that small
well i would buy a multi bit screwdriver and try to see if its a daughterboard issue while you wait. Listen to shafie tips once you get a screwdriver
ifixit is a good brand from amazon
I can see it through the keyboard that its actually kinda lose but i camt open the keyboard
Any PH1 screwdriver will do the job and it's very cheap too.
its from wooting, was the same price as normal keycaps i think (or close enough) so figured ill go for the aesthetic
cool nails tho
Ghost or black hmmm ?
Ghost đ
I'm very sorry that this is a stupid question but I was wondering if the durock v3 screw in stabs would work in it? And if so, how long would I want for the wires?
Had this keyboard since it came out and the spacebar just sounds terrible now, any fix for that?
I'm assuming I have to replace the stabalizers but I can't find any videos on it for the 80he
Probably just relube the stabilizers, doubt they need replacing.
Do I need to take them out to relube? Like I said there's like no videos on it surprisingly so I don't know the process
is the wooting good or bad
we ask is wooting good in the wooting discord server đĽ
ye why would i buy it if its bad
real shyt
performative asf đ
Just received my barebones 80he kit with white zinc alloy case, online reviews were not kidding when they said it is very prone to scratching, take off your watch when handling the case guys, I thought it was just the original version that was prone to scratches
I cant even see the scratch
people expecting a thing they'll use for hours a day for years to never scratch
not even gorilla glass fully lives up to that promise
I think scratches are inevitable, itâs even worse on a Cartier Santos
I am glad to have the money to buy and test things out for myself, I think what I shared above does help with potential buyersâ expectations đđť
I think its just the nature of the material, if they wanted more resilience they'd probably have to clearcoat it but that also affects looks
does the 30 day return policy also apply to misfits in the outlet section like wooting 80he white zinc?
Absolutely, itâs a good experience for me, zinc definitely feels hefty which I enjoy
thankfully once it sits on my primary gaming desk, I donât foresee many problems with durability down the road
Respawn Store: Products purchased in the Respawn Store (Refurbished, Relics, Misfits) follow the same 30-day return policy as all other products
@sour lark
oh ok ty
If you purchased it from our regular store, that's a V2 white zinc.
I did, I think zinc is just soft

How long does it usually take for my order status to change from âOn Holdâ back to normal?
I placed it on hold yesterday, updated my delivery address, and then released it â but it still shows as âOn Hold.â
Won't be till Monday at the earliest. We don't work weekends. đ
I have a question, I've seen the waooting 80he comes with only one cable, and has an adapter to a normal USB, so to connect it normally, I need a USB C on my PC right?
I thought it is plugged with normal USB
It does - if you use the little C to A daptor.
But it will get worse performance right? Because it is an adapter
No.
instead of a normal cable
So doesnt matter if I connect it to USB C or USB A right? I'll still going to connect it on USB C to USB C so it is like it whas originally thought for the keyboard
Correct

80he zinc and the tofu have 2 different coatings
Fun fact, the v2 zinc coating out performs a lot of the other metal coatings we tested in durability test, including some 3rd party anodized coatings
No keyboard coating is immune to scratching though, even if itâs highly durable vs other coatings, especially with hard metal on metal contact
Can someone help me about this please, :3
Iâm not pressing anything, but thatâs what shows up in the actuation point.
It only happens on the W key

Thanks I already submitted a ticket
does having a gasket mount/softer clicking affect finger fatigue? or does that not matter cause u always press the switch in anyway
i mean gaskets will give it more of a bounce, you can also try learning not to bottom out when typing or use lighter springs
i know that the he gasket mount is stiff from what i've been told but im having this illusion in my head that having a more softer bottom out experience will help
as long as the gasket system is integrated into the case and not the sandwich pad it will provide a softer experience
Bottoming out will feel soft regardless of how stiff the gasket mount is. 80HE comes with a PC plate, which is very soft.
i can show when i get home but idk if the 80he has cases that are similar
thats interesting so the pc plate makes it more soft not just gasket mount , its so hard to decide cause i also feel like having a softer less clicky experience will ruin the satisfaction of playing fast movement games on a keyboard i currently use the roccat pyro and its very rough when clicking in
80HE with FR4 plate mod provided a change to the feel (more rigid , more solid getting) which I appreciated. It changed sound too, which I don't care too much about one way or the other.
In which case? disregard, forgot i can't get plates anyway
i also got told here that the 60he v2 pretty much has the same amount of bounce as a 80he
where did you get the cover? I have 80he as well looking to getting a cover
Just a sec
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006916601563.html option B - 375x175x48
The size should still be the same if i have the zinc white 80 he right?
Packaging was so thorough, you would think it survives a grenade explosion lol
yeah it will fit the metal cases too
sounds good thanks

Question, love my 80he the only issue I have (and itâs a small one) I feel like every so often I can see the LEDâs flicker. Usually itâs the corner of my eye or something. Idk if Iâm just losing my mind or not
Possible either your USB-C cable is loose, or the JST cable connecting the USB module and the mainboard is. Or you're losing your mind.
These are a recolor (POM stem) of the Sparks so they will suffer from the same issue. I wouldnât recommend them with Wootâs boards.
Perhaps after the switch selector has been released.
Surely arriving with the background service?
Yeah, surely the background service wonât need another two years to be finished, surelyyyy.

Let them cook
is it worth getting the 80he or waiting for the v2
Is there a way of adding a strap to wooting 80he is there any options anywhere
up to you, just a difference in layout for the most part
you can get an aftermarket case like the KBDFans GT-80 or glue a strap hole to the side of your case like you can find on aliexpress or etsy
Would me glueing a strap hole to the side of the case harm it in anyway or no
Layout doesnt matter to me icl i just want that shit 60%
it might leave glue residue
Ah
then just wait unless you absolutely need one rn
idk how good wooting cases are holding up against glue removal chemicals
so u want 60%?
I canât seem to find a strap hole on Etsy do you have any links by any chance
nah i want a wooting
Yeah me neither Iâm not sure what to do
I need the adjustable settings
either way im waiting til december for christmas
just determines which one im getting
you might be able to find it on aliexpress easier
i dont have any links unfortunately
well then just get the 60he v2 if you really want a 60% and it ships before christmas if you order rn
with some specific options
alr
Is there a good numpad you guys can recommend that looks nice with the 80he?
A friend of mine bought the Keychron Q0 Max. Seems pretty nice.
Does anyone know which weekdays do wooting items get shipped?
All days save for Saturday and Sunday.
Any news for 80HE wrist rest getting "the bridge"?
80he case design is different so it would not work
There's nowhere for the bridge to hook onto.
This is what's needed.
how about we dont do that?
not my name but ok
okay, tq
I'm getting my Wooting today đĽ
In this video, it shows that black zinc still has issues with hand lotion marks. How about white zinc v2â same issue?
Please I beg of you. Stop spamming this everywhere. Wait for a response - Or better yet reach out to support.
Got my first Wooting! Feels amazing and is amazing
10/10 totally buying another one in a few years
What game did u test it on? And what actuationpoint did you set it to?
On Geometry Dash, actuation point on 0,3mm, 0,15mm rt activation, 0,50 mm rt desactivation and tachyon on
Alright thanks
no, still waiting on the black v2
What about the Raw zinc one, does it also have any Problems or is that one pretty safe ?
It too has a coating. Mine developed pitting. But Wooting support is tops and took care of me, so đ¤ˇ
It's a clearcoat with no pigment.
Also happened to me, replugging was my solution
is there a way to test the 80HE to see if 8k is stable on a different cable
he he
If you don't notice any issues, then it's stable.
has anyone had an issue where the rgb on one of the keys refuses to change colors?
Make a post in #1019755933959733258 and provide a video if you can.
ok thanks will do
Just bought the refurbished 80HE for a friend
Does it come with the carrying case or not?
Not crazy important that it does, but, it would be very nice for them :D
Unsure on the refurbs.
Fair
Was an easy deal tho, he wanted the refurbished because its cheaper, but he can't afford it rn. Told me I'd get 10$ interest đ
I've done this same deal with him for a lot of things lmao
I'm pretty sure it will as it was part of the protection of the case during shipping
Since it's a hefty case
Oh perfect! He'll love that!
I was considering getting the aluminum case refurbished, but it was only like 15$ more overall to get the refurbished full thing than to get the DIY + Refurbished case
And that's without any switches or keycaps đ
So it just made sense to get the full one
No?? What do you mean bro
They mean that white zinc v2 doesn't have the same issue as black zinc
If that was a white v1, those are not refurbished. Brand new sealed but could have cometic problems.
yea that's what I meant
Just put the wrong term
So good news you will get a carrying case
yeee need that black v2 asap
knob
Yo guys I need help why does the website keep saying a rgb SDK third party app is currently controlling my rgb
When I already deleted signal rgb a bit ago
Nvm I just had to unplug it đ
Hi everyone, does the 80HE have available keycaps such as the blue and black wave on the website? The description states itâs for 60% keyboards.
Thank you!
just normal ones
Those are exclusively for the 60HE unfortunately
am i able to change my shipping
Hey guys, been around 18 days and no response to my ticket on wootings side, is this to be expected? I understand there was a vacation planned for the wooting team, but wondering about the status of tickets. Its been abit difficult to operate with a dysfunctional keyboard
That's a long wait. Please check your spam folder, and if you don't find it there, send a followup email and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
yeah 18 days doesn't sound right, something went wrong there
Thanks guys, it was buried super deep in my spam, thank you for the heads up! Could I ask why its potentially moved over to the spam?
hard to say, can be a large number of things with email providers that trigger a spam flag sometimes
Thanks everyone, appreciate it.
Why do misfits also only have a 2 year warranty in the outlet store when it's just cosmetic issues?
so I ordered my 80 he, and even put my address in when I was paying. never knew i had to confirm my address later, through email, after the fact. Did i mess up my order? I wasted 6 days that it couldve been shipped, and heard there's a confirmation window... am i screwed? I juist confirmed it. I really hope I didn't miss my opportunity to get one this month. it still says arriving maybe by the 19th, but I heard the site isn't accurate, so im completely lost
u have a date u need to get it by?
nevermind, it's fulfilled. I read on google that if I confirmed too late, i'd miss my window for the label, but now it says queued for fullfillment. Hate that I wasted 6 days of shipping time before the holidays, and dunno if the site is accurate on delivery time. Every source says it isn't, was just freaking out
wsp guys which case would yall recommend me buying for my 80He? KBDfans Gt80?
if i never looked at my email, i never would have known i needed to confirm my address after already putting it in the first time
it tries, it just gives what the shipping company tells wooting

i keep forgetting to use the reply feature. I never use discord. my bad

Okay, thank you
I feel better lol
Any idea how long the "ready to pack" status is on an order? Waiting for quite a time now.
which switches come with the stock wooting 80he?
Lekker V2
yes but l45 or l60's
60
would l45's be better or is it more subjective
You can try it yourself. The 80HE comes with one 45-port switch.
-port
I bought the new Lekker Tikken and I'm very happy with them. But it's definitely a matter of taste.
Yes
damn the two time?
Strongly advise on getting tikkens if you're thinking of swapping
Iâm so torn between the raw zinc case or the black one
Iâve always used black peripherals and something is telling me to try something new but I donât know đ
Does anyone here think one looks better than the other
I always take black. That won't change for me either.
I got both because they both look great. Black is still classic.
Raw looks amazing and cooler than black
?
I would prefer colored cases: dark red or blue, for example.
But something like that certainly doesn't exist.
Hello guys, do you know why the self assembly Wooting80HE is 10 Euros more expensive than the Prebuilt one? (same Lekker L60n V2 switches) im very confused
iâd assume its the packaging and allat
do you know if i can disassamble the Module from the pre built one? or is this only possible if i buy the module on its own?
Hmm, the keycapless 80HE + a separate keycap set compared to the prebuilt?
You can take the Module out of the prebuilt, yeah.
What do you plan on doing though?
i just want to buy the 80HE and just saw, that the prebuild is 10 Euros cheaper with the exact same Switches Keycaps etc. than the one u have to build yourself
so if i can dissasamble the Prebuilt one (for future modding or upgrade to the Zinc Alloy Base) it would be dumb to not buy the pre assambled one since its 10 euros cheaper and i dont have to do the work
thats why i was confused! More work for me and 10 Euros more! Doenst make sense to me đ
You only get module if you plan to use different switches/case/keycaps
Yeah, the Module is more for people that want to go with 3rd party keycaps, or switches.
okay so Prebuilt for me for now! Imma try 3rd Party keycaps or switches in a few months but for now imma stick with the wooting ones!
It's $10 more because they gotta pay extra for packaging and for keeping it in storage
So yeah, if you don't plan to use different switches or keycaps, get prebuilt
okay Thank you very much!
Actually, for me personally Iâd go with the Module and pick Tikkens instead of the stock Lekker V2s on the prebuilt. đ
the factory building it for u isnt expensive
yea go tikkens
are the tikkens really as good as people say compared to the lekker v2?
Thank you guys! still need to make a decision on switches since im new to the game đ
Yeah what aligner said, Tikken is their newest switch with improved tolerances and closed bottom for better sound and feel. I'd also recommend getting a module and Tikkens. Building it is very easy, Wooting has a guide on YouTube.
This tutorial shows you how to assemble your Wooting 80HE module in one of our compatible cases.

Hey team, my gfs about to order a 80he, are there wait times?
Checkout will give her a delivery estimate based on what she picks.

actually I think I guess I solved the 1u Knob technology ââthe knob will be like a small electric generator, sending signals to the magnet, and different kinds in different rotating directions. since it's electromagnetic force, you can communicated with magnet with electricity ofc.
This sounds like a Chinese knockoff product description on Amazon
am I first to solve it
I think it's just a rotating magnet
I did some tests w/ my scope after the announcement, looks like it picks up just fine on the board
it could maybe be, but it's much harder to make it work. the generator is far more likely, don't know why I didn't think about this before, at that earlier time.
I can't tell if you're off your meds or not. A generator?
yeah ofc, it's much easier to do, generating a bit of electricity when spinning it.
I don't think that would go well.
what are you even showing here, like misaligned and stuff, what is that even supposed to prove. we can all use logic to understand that a rotating magnet is very hard to make to work.
And it's fairly complicated
Ah sorry, this seems like it's gonna turn into one of those conversations - I'll pass. Maybe you're right, who knows.
I'm having an issue with my 80HE and I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer:
Ocassionally, it's like it will wig out and start typing on it's own. It seems to be centered around the WASD clusert and will also affect QE, Tab, caps lock and left shift from time to time. Wootility's "visual feedback" on the Actuation Point will show an actuation of 0.3-0.5 basically all the time, when this issue is happening.
I've also seen it go to the extreme that all the keys I mentioned above will flat out stop working. Unplugging and plugging will fix it, but sometimes I have to do it multiple times.
Try these https://youtu.be/U8ojU_8ASVE
If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

Thanks! This looks exactly like the issue I'm having. I'll check this out.
something like that could work I guess yeah, I also before thought this could work.
AI also agrees that it could work. it's just the Aligner that has been gaslighting me about this in dms.
Yep, this makes loads of sense. I'm using a custom cable. I'll try the default cable for a bit to see if it keeps happening. Are there nice custom cables that we know for sure deliver enough power?
but a generator could also work though I think, and maybe be more reliable or like easier in the end.
btw I think the Knob was a bit hard to spin maybe, those that tested it maybe said something like this I remember?
ok i watched that video with the 1u knob spinning now, and the knob is very like easy to press down (also while spinning it), and this would give like 'inconsistent' magnetic signals. so now I'm again more for the small, rapid electric signals instead.
@winter nebula so what do you think about that.
well if AI agrees then it must be true
Feinman wept
AI has a lot of knowledge, and this is a pretty simple thing to know about.
So youâre generating power to put where?
Into AI
they would just create some small magnetic fields though, that magnet can read. a bit different frequency in different rotating direction I guess.
but AI liked the magnet idea more ââbut now we see it's not really feasible, because you can easily press it up and down while rotating it, this would I think disturb the magnetic signature.
also the up and down is analog as well right?
you didn't even realize that the switch would move up and down easily while spinning it, I think you would benefit most by talking to AI.
What⌠are you talking to me?
"i asked the 'yes and' machine and it 'yes and'-ed me"

hey chatgpt how do i bullshit an explanation on how i used ai to solve a nonexistent problem
I donât wanna bully, it just doesnât seem productive or healthy to do all that chatting.
Unfortunately I imagine the bot would disagree
there problem solved
i fixed it guys
Dw. Itâs indeed not productive, though there are quite a few people here who donât stray away from unproductive convos, me included.
Oh, itâs worse than that. A micro generator powering a micro electromagnet when you turn the knob (which doesnât remotely resolve the encoding problem but w/e).
Maybe use the generator to power a small motor to spin a magnet instead?
Genuine lol
14 by 14mm and 2ish cm tall, itâd be a feat thatâs for sure.
Itâs just that Rick and Morty ep where he build a microscopic society to have them generate electricity to charge his phone
yoooo
i asked grok and it said you're wrong

Hmm do I buy a wooting 80he in white or do I buy the ghost casing?
the normal button function of the knob is analog right as well, I forgot.
there you also instructed chatgpt to give you exactly the answer you wanted though, and for both grok and chatgpt you didn't mention that it can move up and down while spinning, and also I see didn't mention that you're talking about the 1u switch version, needing to also mention that it's 1 HE sensor that will have to deal with the patterns.
if ai is so easily manipulated to say what whoever is talking to it wants, maybe it's not a very reliable source of information and perhaps it just reinforces your bias?
you have to know how to use it correctly. and also not use chatgpt at all, because it's bad, and can't also tell which (old) underlying model it uses etc.
I was already predicting how the magnetic, non-generator knob could work long ago, and still have I guess like best explanation of it.
but just since it easily moves up and down while spinning, and I think the knob press down itself is also analog (but maybe not, don't remember, maybe doesn't even matter), that it becomes less likely.
I just spilt half a glass of cold tea over my 80HE and am in the process of disassembling it rn. What do I best to do mitigate as much damage as possible?
I was planning to wipe it off with a paper towel at the very least
Anything with sugar in it should probably be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to prevent corrosion
Is it good enough if I wipe the PCB with iso or do I need to do something else too?
tysm
I'm very unsure rn, is it plausible that it's oily around the stabilizers?
Lube tends to leak out from everything after some time, so thatâs probably what it is
tyvm
seems like there wasn't really anything on the PCB - I wiped it with iso a bit and will let it dry now
thanks everyone for the quick help
Factories tend to lube pieces with more oily stuff than thick lube, so it often soaks into pads under stabilizers or other and on the board a little. No need to fear that either.
White? Ghost? Black!
anyone yet have info bout when volume change indicator will be available for 80he light bar?
Coming with background service really soon
I heard PBT keycaps are better than ABS ones. Is that true?
yes
Thanks!
They tend to last longer before the tops shine from use.
I'd buy PBT ones but there aren't PBT Keycaps for Spanish ISO
So I'll have to stick with ABS
Awww
https://www.kromekeycaps.com/collections/spanish-latin-american-keycaps there is this if you ever really need
Custom Spanish Latin American Keyboard Keycaps â ISO-Latin American, QWERTY Layout Enhance your mechanical keyboard with our custom Spanish Latin American keycaps, designed for the ISO Latin American layout with full QWERTY compatibility. These keycaps include essential characters like Ăą, ĂĄ, ĂŠ, Ă, Ăł, Ăş, and Ăź, accurate
Too expensive but thanks, still looks and sounds amazing with these ABS Keycaps.
Gonna buy PBT the day I'm going to switch of keyboard.
Hey, keyboard first timer hear⌠if I were to get 80he but the module with new tikken switches and whatnot⌠is there like a special way to put the keyboard together and is the lube and took set recommended?
Also are the new Tikken Switches quieter than the Lekker 60 that come with pre built 80he?
They're not quieter, no.
Hmm so Iâd be better off just getting the keyboard as is or do any of those other switches offered on the website perform better sound wise than the 60v2 switches
They're switches. There's no such thing as performance. Only feel and sound.
? You may have understood that wrong cuz it wasnât worded great but I said âperform better sound wiseâ aka which is the âquietest keyâ
That is an entirely subjective question. Ask five people and they will tell you five different switches ultimately.
Gotcha
There is no right answer just "Yeah that sounds like something I'd prefer as well"
Thanks for the insight
have a look at our sound test database and listen to the popular switches https://link.wooting.io/soundtests
you can decide for yourself what you like sound wise
Ah thank you!
Does anyone know a good place to buy keycaps for ISO CH?

Tikkens come already lubricated nicely. You shouldn't need to change them.

Hmm okay yea after watching videos/listening and reading a bit⌠I think I want a 80HE with Geom RAW switches⌠so I would have build that myself correct?
Module version plus switches, keycaps, and case yes
ye, pretty easy job tho
Would I need the tools?
I built myself as well with 80HE, and the ohly tool is a PH1 screwdriver.
just ph1
it's really easy
I bought switches that had zero lube (ttc kom pom) so I spent a lot of time lubricating.
But not all switches come bone dry.
Word any idea if those geons are good to go when purchased off wooting in the bundle?
I have no personal experience with any HE switches other than Wooting x TTC KOM POM.
they are yea
its solid lubing
Thanks
Hello
i submitted a warranty ticket for my keyboard because it just randomly didnt want to work anymore, i sent this like 2 weeks ago. I havent gotten any response yet
How is the Wooting 80He? is very good because I might want to get it for me.
its a very good and comfy
I opened it like 2 weeks ago, for me it has been a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
A big upgrade from both my Mechanical and Mecha-opto keyboards previously.
12+ year old Cherry MX mechanical full size replaced by 80HE and loving it.
loved it so much that I also pre-ordered a 60HEV2 split spacebar
That sounds great, but is it better than the "Wooting 60he V2"?
Specs wise, they are the same performance wise
The main difference is layout, so if you want arrow keys or f row then go for the 80he
If you dont care much and mainly play shooters like cs or valorant then the 60hev2 might be better
Same exact thing, just different layout and size.
And they have a split spacebar option that gives you +2 keys when compared to a regular 60%.
i have signal rgb to contol my ram but it overrights the wootitly rgb setting any one know how to fix this
Uninstall Signal RGB
Just ordered a 80he, Hope its good:)
it is you wont want to go anywhere without it
I mean its my first actual good keyboard ive always just had some like 30-50 bucks keyboard soooo finally upgraded to a good one
i have had mine since last xmas and i cant go back to those cheap keyboard playing apex and valorant movement feels so much faster and just having the option to remap any key is great
Guys, why is only this one blue?
Set it to red and see what happens.
Turns off
That could indicate that the red LED on that key is defective.
It arrived yesterday

neat
What's the difference between Lekker and Tikkens?

my 80he has started turning off and then back on instantly multiple times every about 3 minutes
I tried disconnecting and recconecting the cables
resetting the firmware, changing cables
even taking it apart and pushing the power cable thingy in harder

So without it it means that it's only limited to 1k?
Incorrect
Polling is how often the PC asks for new keypress information. That is a separate setting to Tachyon Mode, which controls Scanning - how frequently the board checks all keys internally.
If ur gold in apex then we might im silver 1 rn siince i just returned
Oh good, thank you for the correction.
yeah, re-read the tooltip, and yup, definitely misunderstood it the first time I looked.
I was just wondering, since I've had my 80HE what this little light bar can do. Not much still it turns out.
The key press thing is sort of cool. Capslock? The caplock key lights up so that's pointless.
It's not like a volume control rocker wouldn't have been appreciated by people.
It's a very Apple style approach to marketing... tell everyone what they like they is shit. Get people to buy something else. Then release that product that people wanted as an accessory after the fact. Then when people point it out bring up the argumentum ad populum fallacy or just completely change the subject.
Complaints so far?
I want the ability to have something be able to switch the lights on or off. This request has been ignored numerous times. I am sure the social medias have been cleaned up of any evidence of this. This is easy to program, and I feel this feature isn't implemented due to some sort of weird bias, a pattern I am picking up. Or general unprofessional hostilities from people working for Wooting that see an idea from someone they don't like or care about and dismiss it because "fk that guy" and nothing more. Then you get people doubling down with a whole bunch of BS justifications you can get the whole team behind or they're fired. Logic... instead on FN + button hold brightness down, and button hold brightness up, just add a function, on/off lighting, this is what machines specialise at, 0s 1s on and off for fk sake.
I have no patents on this. I am not sure if anyone else does. Switching lights on and off on a keyboard doesn't sound like it should be a patent. I don't think it's a legal thing.
Another thing, how goes the development of that background app? One of the only things about my old Corsair trash, was, when it worked, and didn't get fkd by every second update, I had a cool sound reactive light setup that had a bunch of effects that reacted to the music beig played. If the gimmick of the lightbar is something so revolutionary offering life changing functionality, surely even more life changing functionality would be absolutely invaluable to Wooting.
Hey there, do me a favor and rewrite this and post it in #1141096226884956181 as it will almost certainly get lost in the noise if just posted in this channel.
One thing I do want to immediately comment on is that Wooting does not delete feedback of any kind, except in the event of a safety risk for the poster (for example, including personally identifiable information) or on specific request from the poster (and even then we prefer not to but will oblige)
does the wooting he80 come w/switches? sorry if this is a stupid question
If you buy the pre build one, it will come with installed Switches
If you buy just the Module, you can Chose between Switch options
Yo my gaming profile rgb changed to red and my pc shut down after switching to it
Sounds a lot like you're using a bad cable.
If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

I'm using the one that came with 60he
Yes - And an official cable can be defective as well. I recommend trying a different USB port or maybe another cable if you have one to compare.
Well it's not shutting down after the restart
weird that the color changed to red
changed it back
works normally now
Probably another profile on the board.
I claimed some warranty ticket for like 2 weeks ago and i still havent gotten an answer, my keyboard just randomly decided to not work anymore.
Did you check your spam folder?
Thanks for the suggestion Mark - @ebon lodge as another person who has been looking forward to the BG service, I wrote up https://discord.com/channels/167181566978555904/1438535979584458793, please contribute polite suggestions on that topic there if you'd like.
Great addition to the new pc thats coming
Which switch do I get with the 80he module, I have no idea what the difference is
Ok thanks
What did you order afterall? i don't remember if we talked about it or nah
Might have, i got the 80he zinc allot with the wrist rest
Excellent Sir
Got a desk, pc, chair, oled monitor, headphones, mousepad etc all this week
Think Iâm buying this bad boy ⌠im nervous
Yeah i know we talked about your big setup upgrade
Nervous in what way?
nice
I just need cable management tray
Thats something i also need to look into, but probably not before new desks now
There are so many and very different ones.
you mean collecting money for the next sale.
Yes idk if i wanna drill or with clamps, the drill ones look neater tho so ill prob do that
Well you are getting a quality tabletop, in which case i would always drill, i will infact do the same.
Not with cheap IKEA garbo tho.
Haha just in general when I make a big purchase lol itâs me splurging⌠like do I really need a new keyboard? Probably not, but do I love all the bells and whistles and think the Hall effect and rappy snappy stuff can help me in gaming? Absolutely⌠I have had my Logitech g pro wired for over 5 years now and kinda just want an upgrade
Makes sense
If you aren't aware, we also have the Wooting Respawn store where you can get Wooting products at a discounted price
https://wooting.io/outlet
I just got my first wooting (80he obviously) and I watched probably 30 videos covering it, mods, switches, and so on before buying it. I was totally convinced that it needed new switches and a couple mods to sound great, but after I got it, HOLY CRAP ITS GENUINELY NUT WORTHY. Granted this is my first non $50 keyboard, but I'm actually blown away with how thocky it sounds just straight out of the box and how smooth everything feels. I have everything stock, including the pcr ghost case
Click the add to cart button to get more context about any one individual product's details and caveats
Hmm interesting Iâll check it out for sure
Stock switches and PCR Ghost already has me appreciative and satisfied with the investment
I got a refurbished desk from a dutch company called albeka, they refurbished the desk base and put a brand new 26mm thick tabletop on it
This is it, looks solid
Blad is made of melamine
Cant be worst then my old 160x70 ikea desk
Only 300⏠including delivery, assembly and 5 year warranty for a 200x80 desk
Hmm actually it's chipboard, not ideal, but you can drill it.
Hop on facebook. Look for used, mechanical desks that offices, schools or such are selling off cheap. Then toss the top and buy a new one.
Gulp, ill just send them a mail asking if i can drill it, if they say yes and it messes up then i get a new one
Or i just buy m3 tape and tape them to the desk
There will only be a few power bricks in them thats all
OR just tape the extention cables themselves to the desk
yes
@weary leaf something like this and then tape the extention cords to the desk
Thats pretty much the ones i looked at a few years aback
just worried about the spacing being too small for the amount of wires i have, i'm trying to think a little bigger since.
I still got a week to research before my desk comes
Fair
But you can also run several parellel channels, just not ideal with the eventual width
Tracking Tracing the cables and taking one out would be easy however
Yea ima mail them to see if i can drill, if so ill just do that
Does the ghost look nice! Iâm leaning towards that over the black
Yeah very much, the RGB shine through is subtle, and i think it was a much better plastic choice than solid black
with black keycaps
Then I would recommend replying to the emails you received, just in case.
i havent recieved any
AT ALL?
yes
That is... very odd. If I had to guess you received a response earlier that went into your spam filter, and we are waiting for a response from you that never comes.
What's your order number? I'll take a look and make sure someone can see it and respond to it. It would start with EUxxxxx
EU353309H
Our team responded to your request about 4 hours after receiving it
tiken switches are game changer
i didnt see anything
Yeah... it went into your spam mail for sure. I recommend you check it daily for the next couple of business days, cause I just reassigned it so our staff will respond.
My collague, Andres responded on the 29th. đ
I found mine in the junk mail recently
Spam folders are emptied frequently. đ
Maybe check what the spam auto-delete settings are for your mail provider
What did you have before?
did you get lekkers v2 or tikken switches?
So when its emptied its gone forever
if you delete an email it goes to trash and if you delete it again then its gone forever
theres nothing in the trash either
i havent emptied it since i see things from april
Now Iâm between the new Tikken switches and Geon Raw⌠keep watching videos and listening to sound test and canât decide
Just get tikken (no bias
)
Tikken
2-0 đđ
80he default (Zync)
I also lubed stabilizers which helped a LOT
Ahh gotta lube the tikkens?
No, the stabs are not the switches.
They're the metal wires and switch like widgets that keep your wider keycaps upright when pushed down by spreading the pressure evenly.
i just sent a follow up email
Lekker v2
rip my keyboard, its cooked
i will try to respond back to that ticket in a bit
where can i ask about a compatibility with some keycaps for the 80he ?
Here, most of them are going to be compatible it's pretty rare for them not to be
should i send a link, a picture ?
our switchs use MX stems most common keycap stem
for keycap size we also use the most common ones (here for referneces)
#đŞâmodding_faq message
Itâs more about the configuration, i took a 80he with iso fr, so iâm wondering if specifically some keycaps would work
since you isnt answering the dm @crimson quiver i have to send here
the pause + right arrow isnt working
is the Email not wokring ?
email is working but not right arrow + pause
Like it alot, but i prefer to see lettering on the offchance that i need/want to look down.
any news about a fixed 80he black zinc
Bro wha is this đâđ˝
A 80HE without a case?
Didnât know đ
They make the same keycaps with dye sub
But theyâre more expensive
Hey im new to wooting, what are the best switches for high tier fps playing? I got lekker v2 L60, but as i see lekker tikken maybe better in sounds
Wooow, ty!
Ohh excellent, i'll try to find those ty
Lemme grab a amazon link for you
Official Website: https://ranked.gg/products/dye-sublimation-pom-jelly-keycaps-169-keys
Can't seem to find the dye sub on amazon, but you might have more luck
Much appreciated :)
That site is fine, it's in stock, i will get this for the Frost build, ty again
Holy cow that's wildly bright rainbow. Those keycaps sure do transmit the light.
Wonder how excessive it can get with C1s or Ice Extreme
the c1s are bright
great switches while i had them and hella cheap
ice extreme is no change from when i was playing with it vs ice ultra
you get no benefit from the second diffuser unless you have a second rgb
since the ice ultra is already fully transparent you don't really gain extra transparency on extreme
Well I did a thingâŚ
123
Im looking for Side engraved POM Jelly keycaps since 2weeks cant find a frkin ISO set of it
my 80 he arrives today
cant wait for my white 60HE v2
I pulled the trigger on the zinc allot with wrist rest
hafe fun with it!! raw black or white?
I like the sound of that

Welcome to the 80HE Front
No, it does not
Alright thanks
Yessir
ayyy
I already love it
How can I suggest something for Wootility?
Thanks
We don't allow bartering or sales here. Please use eBay or some other service. đ
Will there be a Wooting 75 HE?
No plans for that
Is this one regular pre built? Or you got the new switches?
what are the new swutches
Lekker Tikken
I have to check
Word word the stock lekker linear 60v2
