i think the L60s were the gen1 Lekkers and the L45s are the gen 2 Lekkers. i picked the 45s with my 80HE and bought the 60s at the same time.
the two sets definitely sound different.

Weird because with my 3080 Ti I had input consistency issues on Geometry Dash, but my 9070 XT fixed all of that. Probably because 3080 Ti was displaying at 1440p 359.98Hz while my 9070 XT was diaplaying 1440p 360Hz w/ no microstutters

What do you mean with dropping keys?

In general there can be a week or two getting used to period. It is just much more sensitive now than an older 'regular' keyboard.

Twistzz uses 1.1 AP and rapid Trigger on 0.7 if i remember correctly. You can start from there and see if you get used to it in a week:)

Certain keys, when I place a switch on them, start automatically pressing no matter what I do. Took 3 hours plugging in switch by switch and turning the keyboard off/on per switch. I think something’s borked with this batch of modules.

that would depend on the support case and situation, but usually I'd assume it'd be replacement of module since that's what's going wrong (assuming it is a module issue)

I usually put my thumb under the space bar. I have noticed the paint on the keyboard (white zinc V2) has changed texture compared to other areas (smoother) however no chips or color difference…

I guess this is expected right?

No guarantee is made for whether or not any given unit has it, as this change isn't with a new sku and therefore the fulfilment center may fulfill an order with the original spacebar or with a new one
