It hasn't been a week, I was playing Minecraft and my character started walking on its own but all the keys became unresponsive only WASD was working

My work around was to unplug it and plug it back in but that's not an actual fix, I did update it on day one so software wise I know I'm good

I lowered my polling rate to 1kHz to see if that helps

I got a couple of questions that someone here may be able to answer for me....Thank you for any info or input... 1). Can I use Version 5 Wootility with HE60+? ....2). Two nights in a row now, I've been playing 7 Days to Die and a couple of hours into game play the 'Left Shift' button quits working, although when I went to options to make sure the key was still set in the game option. It was, but I reset it anyway and it still didn't work... The next day it was working fine for a few hours and it quit working again...instead of crouching, it would stop all motion..........anyway, I switched keyboards and computers to see if the problem moves with the keyboards.... Try swapping USB ports, try using a higher power USB woth a shorter cable length. If the board is actually faulty you may need to RMA it.

There will always be a slight variance in the LEDs, as they are created using a non-perfect chemical process.

As for them showing up slightly pink/purple/lavender, this is because there's no such thing as pure white when you're using a red, blue and green LED each to try and create white by turning them all up to the same level. You could reduce the red value slightly and likely get a more white, white.

I see. One more question; was this limitation known right away or was it something discovered later on (during the later stages of the 80HE)? Looking back at the videos, there doesn’t seem to be any mention of this at all. The 80HE page does say “supports up to 8kHz USB polling” but IMO, that’s slick marketing, something we’ve come to expect from the Razers and Logitechs but not from Woot. It might be just me but it seemed like the 80HE came with True 8KHz from factory and that “True” 8KHz was without compromise.

I think the issue might be on the switch plate more than the switches. I've put 3x different switch types into my 80HE and they've all been tougher to pull than from the 60HE.

Also I am experiencing a strange phenomenon when in game, the wooting 80HE randomly just stops accepting input unless I plug in and out the keyboard. It stays lit up but stops working.

Also sometimes the light bar on the right stays lit a little bit of the way with no keys pressed (I have it set to show keypress) is that also a thing?
