I dont currently have time to check through message history, but can someone give a quick answer for this: I just recieved my 80he and while the keyboard is fine (aside from a slight dent in the box from a little weight on it), the switched had spilled and just over half were out of the container and throughout the bag. I'm not sure if theyre damaged or how to really tell myself (i'll have to check after work).

I still plan to submit a ticket just in case, but are they also covered from the accidental bag shipment issue?
