Well it's not so simple. They use, likely, 3rd party partner that handles taking in the shipments and gathering / fulfilling the orders and sends them. So that partner handles all that packaking and sending in US.

Don't rely on discord for images either. If you link them outwards, it will only work for 24 hours. Discord has scam prevention setup where they kill all links in 24 hours to avoid their platform being used for linking scams or other similar.
