Supposedly my order should've arrived about an hour ago however instead it shows in system as "Client refused to take his order, delivering back to the sender" while nobody arrived. I have the number of delivery worker, but he doesn't answer to my calls.

Out of all possible delivery companies they picked DHL, worst choice possible. Their customer support is pretty much nonexistent, it's impossible to get in touch with a real human if something goes wrong, and even opening the normal dispute is impossible because they require too much information that I don't have.

Those who placed their orders during the founder's campaign but purchased more units than would be for personal use were automatically placed in the second batch instead of the first.

"Personal use" was defined as 2 keyboards, for a his and her's setup. This was also the maximum number of free switch packs that any given founder was expected to have.

@modern eagle and @tender ridge if you feel like your purchase was mischaracterized, please reach out to our support. The automated system for this was.... clunky, but it was critical to get a basic implementation up and running so that scalpers and bulk buyers couldn't buy up the entire first batch and leave regular consumers out to dry. Think back to the GPU scalping craziness from 2021 and 2022...

The batch EU-Bruinvis represents the third batch of switch packs specifically, if your order got assigned these when the founder's perk quantity was "fixed", please reach out to our support so that we can pull that forward to the second batch switch packs.

I have the same situation with getting changed to Bruinvis. No additional things were ordered apart from the 45g switch pack which was a part of the pre-order campaign. I have contacted support yesterday and this situation there is no way this should be the case when pre-ordering.

So because I pre-ordered, I got the additional switch pack "for free" and thus my order got pushed back again.

Tbh after getting a chance to watch the vid I released. Wanted the white for aesthetics not the black and as said it’s a bit of hysteria. Take the credit and have a warranty for issues if the marking is a real issue I’ll use credit for a new v2 case in like 3-4 months and the like 60 extra I pay is my get it early tax or if it’s fine money off future boards/switches/accessories

No timeline as testing approaches - they are guide-lining 2/3 months as they don’t know exactly when a solution is found and what one they will use. As stated though the ‘issues’ with the white are kind of non issues as other white metal cases have the same issues and are replicable with them generally - trying to omit them (this is the grazing really I think) is more to improve on ‘industry standard’ as they believe they can improve and people expect good things from wooting

The markings are literally just like any other case, or at least a good majority. I got the white (thought it was PC but ordered that seperate) and I sent them a email to remove mine from being held. I highly doubt it's a massive issue for most people. Wooting just strives for perfection, which is great.

I have no good memories with DHL in my previous experiences. With my company in France I use Mondial relay and chronopost and it goes well 99% of the time.
When there are incidents, I take care of them by offering commercial gestures to keep customers happy.

i highly suspect that it may have something to do with the lenght of the street name, cuz back then in the preorder my address couldnt fit, it was like limited to less than 20 characters? but on the adress confirmation there was not any limit and the whole adress could fit in. i've been trying to check the shipment status and i saw something weird that idk if its what i think it is, or if its the reason for the delay. cuz in wooting hub's order i wrote everything, from my name, the company name, the phone number, and 2 whole adresses (1 from my company and 1 from my home in case it misses), but in the parcel carrier site, i couldnt see my address, only the shipment status (which shows stuck in germany for 10 days without an update), and in the receiver part it says the 1st part of my company name and my name, instead of the full address, idk if its just simplified or they mistook the address. but its my assumtions, maybe they're just freaking slow or stole my package, cuz i refuse to believe they're taking 2 weeks to ship within EU, buts its DHL we're talking about, even my office chair that i ordered from Amazon which should arrive within 3 days, took them a whole 3 weeks to arrive, so idk about their international shipping

How to deal with a "No First Scan" error like a pro

A "No First Scan" error happens when a shipping label is created, you get sent a tracking link, but the parcel carrier doesn't show that they've got it.

Step 1: Wait patiently.

Usually the carrier will show they have the package within 2-3 days.
Sometimes this takes a whole week - it's tough to wait in the dark, but it's perfectly normal.

Step 2: After 7 days, contact support

If your parcel still doesn't show ANY movement on the tracking for more than 7 days, contact our support.

Step 3: Back to waiting...

Our support is backed up, expect that it'll take a week to get help.
This part sucks, I know, but we've got your back. It just takes some time.
Keep an eye on the tracking: 95% of "No First Scan" errors fix themselves and show up without any action needing to be taken.

Step 4: Support helps you!

Our team will check your shipment to see if there's still no movement.
After a certain amount of time without a first scan, we can assume the parcel was lost and our team will ship a replacement.
