I didn't buy a prebuilt. I ordered the parts individually. I assumed it would make sense for such a premium priced product to include an extremely inexpensive tool that is required for disassembly of the case. If you don't want to include a small little tool with the case box, then yes, I think the bare minimum you should do is alter the website storefront to mention what you should need should you choose to order the modules instead of the prebuilts.

As far as I know there will be multiple boxes (module, case, switches, keycaps and so on), but inside one package. But they could also run out of big boxes and need to pack it into 2 smaller boxes I guess, but I am not 100% sure
