I have same situation. Got message last thursday. Nothing happened since that. DPD doesn’t have service in Finland, so it comes trough PostNord. Tracking code works there, but only info is that shipment is registered.

Frustrating, last time I had problems. Now paid premium for DPD and same issues.

Why can’t Wooting have express delivery, that you can buy. I paid already premium for my keyboard and it’s delivered like in 1800s America by donkey or something.

Yeah, it should but when I order tech from Denmark or Germany and it is shipped thursday it’s usually in Sweden or Finland at tuesday. I didn’t take economy, so those PostNord trucks can move it from Denmark to Sweden trough weekend.

Usually it’s at least popped in somewhere in tracking.

Friend got email at tuesday and picked his yesterday (monday). GLS delivered his Wooting.

If I pay +20€ for delivery I expect at least some level of service. ProShop delivered my 4080 Super in four business days from Denmark.

Yeah, I really like the knob on my Keychron Q6 Pro. Completely programmable and you can also push it down. For example turn to change the volume and press down to mute. And with the FN layer you can do a lot with just the knob

When you lay it on your table, it wobbles when you type on it. Similar to when you are sitting on a chair and one leg is not touching the floor

it means the case is not even, so if you put it on a flat surface it doesn't lay flat on it - in my case the bottom right corner doesn't make full contact with the desk that it sits on, which makes the keyboard move up and down as you type

That's like RGB LEDs in a nutshell.
You will never get a perfect white, because what you're seeing is basically a trick of the eyes and mind, making you think red, green and blue turn into white.

You can tweak the red down a scootch in Wootility by repainting the keys (except in animations of course)

We will haven't done calibration in firmware for this for the 80HE, so at some point it will be - better - than what is now, by basically doing the correction behind the scenes.

Not as easily as Hypyo's review would make you think at least.
We've tested this internally as well as with customers and reviewers, and while you can definitely leave markings if you try hard enough, the shavings he left on the case while using his wire keypuller could be wiped off. It wasn't the case paint that was taking damage, but him essentially sharpie marking the wire puller onto the case.

You might have a slightly easier time of getting to the switches, by not having the top frame on the keyboard. But I've pulled two 80HE's clean without issue without disasembly

Scanning is internal - This is the "true" update.
Polling is how often the PC asks for an update.

If you have 8k polling but 1k scanning, then you're potentially getting the same data 8 times. If you also enable tachyon that's 8 different data points.

Does this matter in the grand scheme of things? Probably not unless you're a pro.
