Subject: Custom Command issue - Target selection missing in "Remove Role" action

"Hello, I need help with a Custom Command on a Premium server.

I can successfully find and click the 'Add Action' button and select 'Remove Role'. However, once the action is added, I have no option or dropdown menu to change the target user. It seems to be locked on the command author ({user}) by default.

I want to target the mentioned user (argument {1}), but the interface doesn't show any way to modify who the roles are removed from.

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a MEE6 Additional Bot Master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

How to disable MEE6 AI

The MEE6 AI feature allows members of your server to use /write, /imagine, and get replies from your Personalized Bot.

To turn it off, you just need to remove the Prefix Commands from your server settings and turn off the Bot Personalizer Backstory. Check this out:

1. Removing the AI Commands

• Go to the Discord server settings
• Click on Safety Setup
• Go to AutoMod
• Click on Block Custom Words
• Add !write and set it to Block message. If you want both AI Commands, type !write, !imagine instead.

2. Removing or Changing Slash Commands permission:

• Go to your Server Settings > Integrations
• Select MEE6 (or your Custom Bot if installed)
• Search for the /write command
• From here, you can edit the command permissions.
• Repeat the process for /imagine (you also do it for other commands: /characters and /mee6-games for example.

3. Turning off Backstory Replies

• Go to https://mee6bot.com/dashboard/ -> select the server -> open Bot Personalizer -> open the Backstory tab -> turn off the toggle

then it means that the purchase hasn't completed.
Usually this is because your payment provider has marked it as Pending. Possibly in this case automated systems picked it up because you made 2 transactions so close to each other that aren't your usual purchases.
So in the first instance, you need to check with your payment provider about this.

we only use the bot for leveling and now it says that it's a premium feature and that it's not enabled but we were able to use it normally until now

It is indeed a Premium feature. Servers that had it before it became a Premium feature could still use it for free, this would be way you were still able to use it. As it sounds like someone disabled the plugin, it sadly can't be activated again without Premium.

If you want to know who made any changes in your dashboard, then the staff can look into that for you

MEE6 uses Discord's slowmode, unless it goes over Discords slowmode limitation settings. You can grant some roles access to by pass it by going to the roles permission, then enable bypass slowmode, only if you set a slowmode for higher than 6 hours and at max 24 hours will MEE6 use it's own slowmode, then this would sadly not work

It isn't always possible to maintain the language as it is AI & AI can be unpredictable - you can state in its bio that they must only speak in a certain language, although this is just a guideline.
