Issues:
- Slash commands stuck on thinking: This is caused by Discord. Unfortunately we have to wait for them to resolve this issue.
Message from Discord:

Hi everyone. There is currently an issue being investigated with interaction edits, deletes, and followups. This issue results in receiving 50027: Invalid Webhook Token errors when trying to edit, delete, follow up, or take some other actions on interaction webhooks.
- Rank command replies with error: We are rolling out a fix for this. All servers should be fixed within a few hours 💪 .

**Failed Timers **
Issue: Some of the timers were previously failing due to invalid message content (e.g. an invalid URL).
Status: To increase awareness and visibility of the issue, we've stopped such failed timers.
You will see the following errors on your dashboard: "Timer disabled due to failure" and "Timer disabled: Discord post failed because of invalid content”.
Solution: You need to intervene and change the content of the timer — it will restart upon saving.

Some WEB3 plugins may return an error when trying to find your collection

OpenSea updated their API from V1 to V2, which is crucial for WEB3 plugin function

Due to the high complexity, it will take longer for us to get everything addressed, but we thank everyone for your understanding

It's confirmed that OpenSea have completely deprecated their API V1

Issue: The "server invites" setting in the Automod might not catch some server invites on some servers. We understand that this is one of the core and extremely important features of the Automod, and we're giving it the top priority right now.

Issue identified:

OpenSea updated their API from V1 to V2, which is crucial for WEB3 plugin function

Due to the high complexity, it will take longer for us to get everything addressed, but we thank everyone for your understanding

It seems that OpenSea rolled back the changes from V1 to V2, making plugins mostly work.

As of today, they decided to completely deprecate the V1, meaning we are experiencing a major impact on our WEB3 services, which will require some time to rework our infrastructure, so we kindly ask everyone to patiently wait for an update.

Issue: Can't follow new subreddits or kick channels. It's also not possible to edit existing configurations on both Alerts plugins. However, they should continue to work with the previous configuration.

Update: We have implemented a temporary solution, so service should be mostly back to normal for now, we will update it here when it's fully fixed

Update #2: Kick search might be still unstable, and we continue looking into it. However, the alerts should continue to arrive in the announcement channel as configured.

Update #3 (2/Oct/24): We haven't found a fix yet, but the plugin seems to be working intermittently, so if you get an error, wait 10 or 15 minutes to try adding a new channel again. It's possible that all your configuration status gets changed to "failed", but you can open one by one, and click on "update", if it fails, you can wait 10 or 15 minutes as advised to try updating again and it should work.

Update #4 (10/Jan/25): Kick should work normally. Reddit is a wip.

Update #5: Reddit been fixed to the acceptable level in September 2024

Twitter/X Alerts are fixed and can be added with no errors, including the usage of the search, usernames or both twitter.com and x.com URLS.
"Excessive emojis" AutoMod Ruleset should not trigger any earlier than set on the dashboard.
The ♿ emoji can now be properly used for Automations.

We continue to work on getting MEE6 back to normal, although it should be back for some servers already.
There's no need to kick or ban MEE6/Personalized Bot from your server.

Many servers should now have access to the service

We faced some setbacks during the evening, so our recovery plan explained in Edit 3 didn't get applied as expected, but now over 99% of all servers and our service are back to normal.
