You currently have 2 ways of getting your premium transferred:
1 - Using the direct link
2 - Visiting the server with premium
- Visit https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/ -> open the server with premium -> click on premium tab
- Now, you just have to select

im trying to transfer my premium so that another member of the server can pay for it. if i cancel my subscription and another member restarts the subscription, will we still permanently loose server features that we utilized with premium that will need to be set up again?

Can you test this by posting a text message in your server.
Then delete it.
Then check the logs after a few mins (once it's recorded in the logs) to see if the content is there or not.
You won't lose anything, all settings remain.
If you've set up a custom bot you'll need to reset the custom bot token once you get Premium Lifetime as the bot will go offline in the short period you don't have Premium.

Likely bot permissions.
Check all bot permissions are correct (see link below).
If you are using a custom bot (bot personaliser) then check the permissions for that in the custom bot server role (NOT the MEE6 role) as it has taken over from MEE6 (which can be kicked if you wish).
If you have removed the Administrator permission from your bot (custom bot if using that), give it back temporarily and see if it then works. If it does, it's a permission issue. If you then want to remove the Administrator permission you'll need to carefully check all bot permissions both in its server role and in all channel roles.

The bio can't be changed, unless I'm missing something.

Hi , I’m having an issue with Ticketing on my server and need help debugging it.
Issue:
When trying to create a ticket, it always returns: "the ticket could not be created, please try again later."
What I’ve already checked:
- Using Ticketing Channel Mode.
- Using Bot Personalizer
- The custom bot has had Administrator permission for a long time, and ticketing worked fine before.
- This issue only started recently (“worked before, recently started failing”).
- Admins also cannot create tickets
- Tried creating new panel, new channel, new category → same error.
- Tried changing ticket category → same error.
- Bot is online and still in the server.
- Server is not near total channel hard limit (388 total channels).
- Category only has 35 channels now.
Can you please help me with this ?
