Does that make a difference? Is that why not of the slash commands are working? Is there a video I can watch? Or like a post about this whole process and setup? Also confused about the mee6 > moderator > commands section on the browser account. For example /ban command, i only want me to use it and only usable in the mod commands channel, would i do “permissions > dont allow for anyone except.. and channel permissions, dont allow any except…”??

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a MEE6 Additional Bot Master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website

I have set up "role reward" by lv as follows:

@LV4 = Level4
@LV8 = Level8
.....
I am using mee6 premium version.

Today the mee6 bot does not automatically grant roles to users, although all settings are still intact. I have granted admin rights to the mee6 bot and role management rights, ....
I have tried using the /give-xp, /remove-sp commands but it does not work. The user's XP and Level still increase but the bot does not grant roles!

Please ask for the reason and how to fix it. @short bronze @eager yoke

Please do not ping individuals for support issues. There's a @Helpers role for that.
Check out ⁠#〉rules for who and when you can ping/mention and #〉welcome for ways to get support.

I suggest you double check perms and role hierarchy.

Check all bot permissions are correct (see link below).
If you are using a custom bot (bot personaliser) then check the permissions for that in the custom bot server role (NOT the MEE6 role) as it has taken over from MEE6 (which can be kicked if you wish).

If you have removed the Administrator permission from your bot (custom bot if using that), give it back temporarily and see if it then works. If it does, it's a permission issue. If you then want to remove the Administrator permission you'll need to carefully check all bot permissions both in its server role and in all channel roles.

The role position, and permission are crucial to enable your bot to give roles.

* Visit your server settings -> roles

1. Locate the bot's role and bring it upper than the roles you're expecting MEE6 or Custom Bot to give out.

2. Open the role settings, on the same page, and ensure it has at least Manage Roles permission. Giving Administrator sorts this and many other issues you might have.

PS. Bear in mind that if you have invited a Custom Bot the role is different from MEE6 role, unless you have given a "generic bot's role".

Also note that if you've only just set up the role rewards, members won't get them immediately even if they are entitled to them. They will get them when they next level up.

Alternatively you can add non-admin riles to MEE6 Dashboard > Settings > Additional Bot Master Roles and they can then access the MEE6 Dashboard.

Our server has by default blocked files, its partner server so we trying to secure our members by not letting scam accounts scam them with files.

But we also have one big issue right now. We have your ticket system, and there is one problem with that. Bot doesnt sync channel with categories, and there is no other option to set users permissions automaticly when user create ticket.

We need to somehow allow user to send images to every user who create ticket, but it needs to be auto system not manual, because every user is sending image because its support about physical item."

I've just tested it in the voice channel in this server.
It works.
So if you're not hearing anything, it'll be your Discord account audio settings (or potentially your device) that's the issue.
