Likely a permissions error.
You can't see participants in a giveaway.

Check all bot permissions are correct (see link below).
If you are using a custom bot (bot personaliser) then check the permissions for that in the custom bot server role (NOT the MEE6 role) as it has taken over from MEE6 (which can be kicked if you wish).

If you have removed the Administrator permission from your bot (custom bot if using that), give it back temporarily and see if it then works. If it does, it's a permission issue. If you then want to remove the Administrator permission you'll need to carefully check all bot permissions both in its server role and in all channel roles.

Wasn't so keen on the DLC. Whilst you can play it after the game, storywise it fits in before a particular point. Which is where I did it when playing again on PC. But the difficulty level is way too high. Definitely post-game difficultly.

Before we start, let's configure the bot correctly and prepare a "verified" role:

• Go to your server settings -> roles
• Now, create a "verified" role (feel free to rename it)
• Locate the role associated with your bot -> Permissions
• Enable either Manager Roles or Administrator and bring it higher than the "verified" role.

Next, let's set up the verification:

1. Go to all categories' settings (or by channel if they are not synced)
1.1 Click on everyone inside the Permissions tab
1.2 Change View Channels to (save it)
1.3 Now, click on Add Roles and select the Verified role
1.4 Click on the Verified role and change the View Channels to (save it)

2. Verification Channel
2.1 Create a new channel (e.g. "Verification")
2.2 Next, go to this channel permissions -> everyone -> View Channel and select (save it)
2.3 You can make this channel disappear for verified members by adding the Verified roles -> View Channel -> (save it)

3. Reaction Role Message
3.1 Visit https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/ -> your server
3.2 Now, open Reaction Roles and create a new reaction
3.3 Now, select the #verification channel and give it the name "verifying members"
3.4 Next, use the message template to explain to the members how they can get access to the server

PS. This is the best way to avoid interference with the muted role.

If you have purchased just for a month, then you'll get the XP Boost in servers that have it enabled until you decide to cancel. Once your subscription runs out you'll no longer get the xp boost (but any xp already gained will remain intact).

Hello, I have mee6 premium on my server and I use the bots to send messages for information. I also have another bot that translates to other languages and if you react with a flag it will translate, the bot works fine but when i try to react to a message i sent from the bot, it does not let me react… It only lets me copy the message. On this account (admin) i can react but on my tester account (not admin) i am unable to react

Embeds will mention roles (so they will be highlighted for those who have the role) but they won't ping the role (as Discord doesn't support pings in Embeds).

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

• Moderator plugin is enabled
• !mute command isn't disabled
• Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
• Muted role is under the MEE6 role
• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If a user got the Muted role but still can talk, it means there's an issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If it is a public channel, it can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If it is a private channel, it requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages View Channel for special role
• Set Send Messages View Channel for Muted role
• Set Send Messages View Channel for @​everyone role
