That's just for fun. Position on that leaderboard/ number of cookies has no bearing whatsover on becoming a helper.

It proves only that people have said thanks to the person who has received the cookies. It doesn't say anything about the quality of support given, the attitude of the person supporting, their knowledge of MEE6, whether they know when to answer questions and when not to.
So in short, cookies really are of little value to MEE6 staff in assessing the suitability of a prospective helper.

Their observations of what people do, how they behave, whether they are customer focused with helping or too focused in just getting the role, and more besides, are far more valuable indicators to them about whether someone should be a helper or not. 🙂

If you mean a countdown timer, then MEE6 doesn't have this feature. However, there are tools out there, such as Hammertime, that let you put dates with times into embeds which might suit your needs.

Here's an example if you wanted it to say something like "in 2 hours"
This would automatically change as the time gets nearer.
Also for dates and times, they would all display correctly for anyone anywhere in the world for their timezone. 🙂

Hi I tried looking through the FAQ section on the site, but nothing showed. Is there a scheduling feature?
I would like to be able to get a one time post scheduled.
I do see that there is a reminder, but that seems to be used more so for sending a daily reminder rather than a scheduled post.

Would that be the alternative to use is to create a reminder and set it for the day I wanted it scheduled?

for the first question, you can make automod ban a user if they receive x amount of warnings but you cant make it only for specific words. i dont really understand what you mean by the second question, can you explain more? i dont see any information about the last question

sentences.. you know. when someone says "i can fly" and i want the automod to ban them for using that exact sentence

if it can't instaban regardless thats problematic though

would be really useful if the auto-moderation features were viewable atleast, so i know what i'd be working with if i got premium.

In answer to your questions regarding the Bad Words feature in the Moderator plugin

• already answered by Ali
• you can only add individual words, not sentences
• there's no limit (well, there's always a technical limit in any system) but you can add hundreds and hundreds of words

You could try Premium and if you don't like it, you can get a full refund within 7 days if you wanted to do that.

Yes, you can set to ban on first warning. However, any infraction whatsover would then get an instaban.
Here's all of the different options in the moderator plugin (screenshot, some I use, some I've got disabled). So you may not want to enable some of these if you go for the instaban option as it's probably a bit harsh if someone unintentionally triggers excessive caps or repeated text.

What you could do is use Discord's Automod to catch really bad words (which then don't get posted and are flagged in a private channel. This allows you to review and ban instances of these, whilst using Bad Words for other 'less naughty' words where you just give warnings, but if someone still has too many warnings over a period of time, they would get tempmuted/tempbanned/banned as appropriate.
