You believe you are facing issues with XP?

If MEE6 appear to be denying your hard-earned XP, or !rank and !levels aren't working properly, then check the following:

• Make sure that the Levels Plugin is Enabled.
• Check that you do not have a banned role in the levels' configuration and that you aren't in a banned channel either.
• Make sure that I can see the channel you are talking in with "Read Messages" and send messages with "Send Messages".

MEE6 Pro Subscribers

If you are not getting the extra 50% XP and you do not fall on any of the restrictions cited above, then the server owner of the server might have turned the MEE6 Pro Restrictor.

In case it is on your own server, go to Levels Plugin and scroll down to "XP Rate" and turn off the restriction.

Hey MEE6 community, I have a question: Does MEE6 Bot allows to gather email from server newcomers? For a private paying community

MEE6 doesn't gather new users email, unless if they try to login to the website, Mee6 will then ask for permissions and only if they accept can the bot get the email, this permission is used to send the user receipt if they purchase a Mee6 product, but the server owner won't see their emails, unless if your users are paying for your Mee6 Monetize tiers

The permission that the bot get if they accept can ofcourse be removed from the user settings, authorized apps, for any reason. However, the user would need to login again if they want to do something on the website and so on
