Regarding your issue. Custom commands can't target categories, they can only target channels.
If you need to use a custom command in a ticket channel, then use the option "Bot responds with a message in current Channel" and use the custom command in the ticket channel itself.

Transferring Premium Subscription

You currently have 2 ways of getting your premium transferred:

1 - Using the direct link

• Now, you just have to select Transfer premium subscription to another server

All plugins are in the MEE6 Dashboard for your server https://mee6.xyz/dashboard which you can access as an Admin once MEE6 is in your server.
Nothing needs installing, you just configure the plugins there.

Only those with full Administrator permissions can access the MEE6 Dashboard ie this permission (which is the only permission that makes someone an admin).
If you have Premium, you can add non-admin role in MEE6 Dashboard > Settings > Additional Bot Masters and they can then access the dashboard.

so lets say user use /convert and write that he wants to convert 60 points to mee6 points then it will do that.

I checked automation but it only allow to add a specific amount of point for action.

The closest thing that you can get with this is if you credit them with ether xp or coins from the MEE6 economy or levels plugin with the automation plugin, and there is no other way to grant them something for using normal commands, there is also no way to convert something from other bots to the MEE6 system (though you can try to inject code to your bot personalizer, however, it is highly likely that something may go wrong/not work if you try something like that, and this is also not recommended)

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

My admin accidentally removed an emoji that was previously set up in the Reaction Roles feature of the MEE6 bot. Unfortunately, since the emoji was deleted, I’m unable to add a new emoji with the same ID. This particular emoji has been clicked over 8,000 times, so I’m hoping to avoid reconfiguring the Reaction Roles entirely. May I kindly ask if there is any way to restore the deleted emoji with the exact same ID? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hey there!
Please don't mention individuals for support related questions.

Discord has a built-in system of limits. One of which is a 50 channel limit per category. Your entire server can have up to 500 channels in total (categories count as channels as well).

Hello @primal relic, MEE6 Premium is limited to one server per purchase. If you’d like to check if your lifetime subscription is still active (it should be), you can do so on the Billing Page.

If your subscription is active, you can transfer the premium plan to a server of your choice using the Premium Transfer tool. Please note, you must have either Manage Server or Server Owner permissions to complete this transfer. You can do this here

Important: Use this feature with caution, as you can only transfer a subscription up to three times per month!
