Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser

1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website

If it's the Welcome & Goodbye plugin, you can disable that with the switch on the plugin.
If it's the Welcome Channel plugin, the only way to disable it is to delete the Welcome channel in your server that it's published to.
As you can't edit these yourself, you could ask MEE6 staff if they would do that (not sure if they will or not) by opening a ticket via #〉rules. You won't get a response until next week though as they work Mon-Fri.
