<@&892137524783349781> pretty nasty bug here, when you add/remove reaction roles you cannot search for a role, if you do your changes aren't saved, the bot adds the reaction but doesn't activate.

This happens when we had an existing reaction role, but we wanted to change the order so when we cleared the reactions, the bot would refuse to save them in the new order, and it would only place 1 reaction on the msg.

we could only start saving them when we changed which emoji is tied to a role. once we did that we could then save it with the emojies we wanted.

It's a role that nobody has, at least most of the time. As it normally pings nobody, I assume it just gives a user the satisfaction that they've actually pinged support members when they haven't.

User reporting that they're unable to create a temp VC room as normal. They are disconnected as soon as they join the hub. (as per gif)
They've restarted, logged out and in on discord.
I've checked it wasn't a perm issue.
I've remade the hub, and the issue is not fixed.

The ONLY way we could get this to work, is by getting the member to leave the server, rejoin, and the VC is now working as usual.

Reporting this so you can look into it and hopefully stop it repeating itself/impacting other users.

(they're able to join other vcs made by other users, but not create their own)

I don’t know if Aleks/the MEE6 team is aware of this but in relation to the economy !use command not working, our server did the following workaround:

1. Enabled slash commands.

2. Disabled our custom bot & turned it back on.

3. Fixed our levels stuff since that went bye bye temporarily after disabling.

4. Turned off the new /use in the economy settings then turned it back on.

5. Now /use works but !use does not.

Even if it isn’t helpful for them to fix it, maybe it’ll help another owner/admin with their economy commands.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

double check your developer console there are two boxes that need to be checked. Did you do that? They are intents of some sort. I forget the names.

Turn off the plugins and turn them back on. Then check.

If this does not solve your issue, go into the plugin settings and turn off and on each individual command. This will force it to resync with discord and should show up then. Some users have had to do this.

It should by default be an admin command, so they would need to be a bot mod (listed in settings on the dashboard) to be able to use the commands AFIK. Additionally, if you set roles in the settings for that command, those roles should be able to as well.

I have the Twitch plugin enabled, but none of the others. I'm using the "Live streaming auto-role" and have it restricted by role. It works perfectly for when my Twitch community members go live on Twitch. The problem is that it also activates for those going live on YouTube. This specific community is a Twitch community and we don't want to show when someone goes live on YouTube.

Description: I'm using the Birthday announcement plugin, but the animated emojis do not send properly. Instead of sending the correct emoji, the bot displays :emoji_name:. This only occurs for animated emojis. To fix this, I put :emoji_name: instead and it works just fine (for a while).
However, after a few weeks the message reverts to sending :emoji_name: instead of the correct emoji. I check the Birthday dashboard again and it shows :emoji_name: as well (even though I put :emoji_name: previously).

I'm unable retrieve an embed that I create in the Custom Commands section.

Custom commands are having a really weird hiccup. As soon as I close the newly created command's settings panel, the bot changes the settings from "allow all" to "deny all". On top of that, when I test that the command works as an admin, as soon as a non-admin (any normal member) tries it, the command stops working in general and won't even respond to me. Old custom commands are working, however (to add to the custom command complaints above - it's not just that the old ones are empty, new ones don't work when created).

Ya I have the issue about not seeing what was created. However, the "randomly deny" is likely a different issue. What I've noticed is that it's a caching issue.

Meaning, I'll create it, I use it and it works fine and I "think" I've set it to allow for all, but it's still set to deny.

Discord objects (user profile/server/messages) are composed by IDs.

Currently, there are two ways of getting those.

• 1st - With Dev Mode

1. From your computer
1.1 Click on your User Settings (\⚙ icon)
1.2 Click on Advanced and enable Developer Mode

2. From your mobile
2.1 Swipe to the right (to open the bottom menu)
2.2 Click on the bottom right tab (your profile)
2.3 Click on Appearance/Behavior, enable the Developer mode

Now, from your computer, all you have to do is right-click the objects, and copy its id.

If you're on mobile, you just need to long press, or click on objects to grab its ids.
