Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

There is a bug with reaction roles, they dissapear the moment you add to server and this has never happened before and I have reaction roles in the same channel so nothing to do with Perms

Update, it’s letting me do it with only one reaction but any more it deletes it or just doesn’t add the role @wintry dagger

To get the id, put \ in front of an emoji code in any channel on your server. Example: \:rules12:
In the embed use that code that you get, and it should work fine 🙂

Hello. I believe there is a bug regarding Duplicated texts. I got muted on a server for trying to post code. I believe the reason is that i tried to post a big chunk of code ( for details it was markdowned with `) and got denied because i don't have nitro. it was too long. I cut out a part of it and tried to post again and got a warning from the MEE6 bot - Duplicated Text ( even though my previous message didn't go through. Hi Folks, I think i have found a strange bug in the Reaction Role feature, when I edit an existing message object and click save & close, changes are lost and no change to the item in channel happens.

The subscription says its active because its tied to your discord account, it saying active means that you have an active subscription as in you’re currently paying for a mee6 premium subscription.

You can only use 1 mee6 premium subscription per server.

Make sure you transferred mee6 premium on the server that you want the premium features on

More on the reaction role bug. This seems to be caused by creating the reaction role while using the default bot, then switching to a custom bot, you can no longer modify the reaction role objects.

I have made a new reaction object with my custom bot and I can edit it without any issues.

I reported it in detail, but did not hear anything back, I dont know if they are actioning it but I discovered a workaround for me, what I found is that if you create a reaction role object, then modify your bot to be a custom bot, all the reaction role objects you made become unstable and cannot be edited. I rebuilt all of mine and deleted the bogus ones, and everything worked fine, not sure if you switched from the canned MEE6 bot to a custom bot or not, but I suspect if your delete the old and make new, they will work. hope this helps.

I have a custom command that makes the bot respond in the channel a random response. I have it to delete the command usage. For example. The command is "!q" And I typed in the command and the bot broke. Looking at this (A), I tried to delete the command myself but whenever I do so, nothing happens.

I've encountered an issue with the reaction roles. When I add a reaction and role and save, it doesn't actually save. This might also be related to the other issue which is that roles are no longer being assigned to users when they click the reaction. I've attached a short video showing both issues. Please assist.

We are also having an issue with Reaction Roles. First let me start by saying I have already setup 6 reaction roles on our server, so this has worked previously. However, when I attempt to setup a new reaction role, I can get all the way through and click save. Once I click save, you can watch the reaction role show up in the selected channel and then disappear immediately. When the mee6 dashboard page reloads, the item i just created also does not exist. This is just in the twitter plugin module. I set it to send post to a channel from my twitter. I save it, i see the webhook in integrations. Nothing shows up in channel. I go back to mee6 bot and the channel selected is now set to "deleted channel"

I tried to delete the channel and create a new one and started the process over again. Same result. No posts and mee6 defaults to "deleted channel" as the channel set to show my webhook.

Some info that may be useful to the devs in tracking this bug where mee6 automod deleted all links. Idk if other servers affected have a similar setup. We had a setting to delete all links by people who don't have a trusted role. As of this morning mee6 deleted all links regardless of whether or not they had said role. Users received this message. Disabling the whole plugin was ineffective. Disabling this setting was effective

Can confirm the 15k server I moderate for is also encountering odd behavior with the automod. It is not allowing anyone to post links found through the GIF feature built into Discord and we have not modified our settings to prevent this. It only started doing that today so whatever ongoing issues are happening caused that for us too

It’s a setting issue check your individual setting for links and make sure you have allowed sites and have channels not all blacklisted

This is a feature enabled only for premium users, we can't modify these settings so something on mee6's end modified our settings for us and left it behind a pay wall. If this is the fix for the issue, they modified a setting and want us to pay for it to fix it, that's really not good practice.

These were the setting that weren’t set up to what they are now. If you have no allowed websites everything will delete. And if you have channel perms to deny for all channels with no channels in it it’ll delete everything

Hello, I've added the mee6 twitter posts share function to my server, however the bot does not share tweets that contain mp4 files

The Temporary Channels permissions aren't working if you use the role @ everyone to allow access. It only actually applies those permissions to users with a role. If they don't otherwise have a role, and just fall under @ everyone, they can't access the channel. It's locked. If you instead deny all except @ everyone, then you can connect, but then it doesn't create a channel, and just joins the user to the hub channel. This was with the "Synchronize permissions with Hub category" and "Also use these roles to handle access to the temporary channels" enabled, since that made it work last night (or so I thought).

After some additional testing, I turned off "Synchronize permissions with Hub category." It's now not working at all for @ everyone. I have tried "Allow for all roles except" blank, and also "Deny for all roles except" @ everyone. Neither work, and just lock the channel unless the user has a role. Any role works. But just straight @ everyone doesn't give them access.

I fixed it! Ok it's 100% a bug. Here's the issue - allowing access to everyone only works if you "Deny for all roles except" @ everyone, and only works for the first save. If you go back into the settings and save again, it will break it. So change it to "Allow for all roles except," leaving it blank, save, then change to "Deny for all roles except" and add @ everyone. Save and close, and don't touch it. If you do, you'll have to repeat this process.

Edit - it's broken again without me doing anything, except now the channel just lets anyone join the hub, and doesn't create a new channel.

Before this, when a user used voice-lock mee6 will deny all roles perm in the voice channel. Now mee6 only deny everyone, others role not affected by mee6

It seems that i got the tempvoice issue solved. Seems that Mee6 only deny/allow the everyone after the update so you must change your role permissions in server settings.

• My server have a level role, so in the server settings i allow the roles for "connect".
• Then in mee6 dashboard i turn off the sync with category, hub, and access to the temporary channels.
• Then i deny for all roles except "i include all my level roles"

G'day folks - can see a few talking about it already - server temp channel creation isnt creating separate channels any more. Can jump into the hub channel, but nothing is created. Have disabled the plugin, delete the channels and started again - still no joy. Also tried above about disabling owner permissions.... still nothing

Yes mee6 premium subscriptions are 1 per server

if you want mee6 premium on 2 servers, you need 2 premium subscriptions

This is my setting and its working fine right now. In the server settings i allow all my level roles to connect. Because hub will no longer include the roles after we create a temps. it only include everyone. so by doing this the level roles can connect to a temps.

mine is working fine. just sharing incase it works for others

This feature does not work. The text channel it creates is still open for everyone

Created a new hub and it won't create the text channel.

Existing Hubs Test
My old hubs are creating text channels again, with correct permissions, but none of it "auto cleans up" when everyone leaves the VC. I now have a growing list of active VC channels with no one in them.

Hope MEE6 gets it fixed up soon.

Looks like custom commands aren't saving the channels commands are allowed to be used in or the roles commands are allowed to be used by. The commands I had in there that previously worked have been reset and don't save these settings. New commands I've tried adding have the same issue.

Ok, existing channels looked like they were working but perms were wrong and no one could text in the text channels. Trying re-creating from scratch.

@limber knoll Further testing. When you create with the "Allow All Roles", text channels appear. When you create with "Deny all Roles Except" text channels do not render at all.
