Question: I noticed the other day that the Welcome feature on the controlpanel auto disables after someone joins your server. Is there an ongoing bug with this right now? Or is something glitched on our bot's control panel? Last it worked fully was 11/30 for us. Then it randomly would stop working. I have turned the feature on multiple times, had someone test leaving and coming back and when they came back the bot had the feature turned off.

Hi all, my Mee6 Premium is having some troubles using Slash commands (it just sits there, see screen capture), and I can't use prefixed commands (!levels for example) at all as the message gets deleted before being registered by Mee6 (no other bot shares the prefix ! so it is Mee6 that is deleting the messages). Any ideas as to what might be causing this? The bot role is high on my list, only above it are Owners and Moderators, and Mee6 has every permission.

Go to dashboard > Moderator plugin > Restricted channels. It has been set-up commands only. You can disable it to get rid of that thing.

The problem is with the xp on my server. In fact, I think the problem lies in the members with top levels. I've seen that the bot has stopped giving experience to the higher levels but is still giving experience the lower levels and even level up them.

Hi there, I've checked on both PC and mobile, everything worked, no white screens for me. Please try another browser maybe, and if that helps, try clearing cache and cookies from your main browser.

I cant reproduce it, sorry. It's possible that something is happening, and if there will be more reports, we'll definitely look into it, but for now it looks like the issue of your browser or connection.

It might be internet. it can say good, but still be slow. Once the icon looked like that but it was slow, because that shows the connection to the router, not the internet speed.

few suggestions, haven't seen that issue come up in a while, but try doing the following (one step at a time and see if it works):
- try using ctrl + shift + r to bypass cache.
- if that doesn't work, try ctrl + r (it does the same thing, but sometime the key combo doesn't work)
- click the padlock to the left of the url on the top bar -> site settings -> clear data. then go back to the site and press ctrl + shift + r again (or ctrl + r)
- if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer
- if still not, make sure chrome is up to date, or try to reinstall chrome

the role can unlock channels but not the other way by discords design, will also depend on how your channel permissions are set up

This doesn't really matter, just an expected behavior "bug", but I'll mention it anyway
In the embed plugin, create a message and go to the "Additional Fields" section. Put some text in the "Field value" part. If there's no text in the "Field name" section, the Field name border turns red and you can't send the message. Now remove the text from Field value and put some text in Field name. There's no red border around Field value, yet the message still can't be sent. Add text to both Field name & Field value and you're golden. Just thought this was odd.

The MEE6 music bot leaves the channel even if 24/7 mode is enabled, I've been told this isnt a bug but I believe it is, as the 24/7 enabler descripts that the bot is to remain in the voice channel 24/7, which it doesnt.
The bot remains only if a user is in the channel, regardless of the 24/7 mode enabled from what I've experience.

This problem has existed for quite a while now. I've reported it multiple times, but it's been ignored each time.
If you have Send private response enabled for /clear the bot will always delete one more message than the given parameter if you're using a slash command.
Please fix this, because I keep deleting more messages than I want to!

Bot is only playing 1-3 songs consecutively on my playlist and then stops entirely. website panel shows the full queue and music controls go blank when this happens. have to /play to start playing next song. turned on loop mode to see if that would fix, stopped and cleared playlist entirely, moved bot out of voice channel and back in, none of those things helped.
