Issues with the music

• Repeat doesnt repeat the queue right, it just double every entry in the queue and it ends up that every song is twice in a row
• Bot randomly stop sometimes in the song
• Bot veryoften (1 out of 3 songs) just pause after the song
• A lot of lagging (Server is EU, Level 1, max aviable kb/s on the Voicechannel)
• Bot doesnt react right on !play, often have to restart him in the dashboard if he random stops
• Volume is not normalized, often have to config the volume with !volume in every song

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

Found a potential bug using Premium (might also apply to free as well) with customizing. All of our server settings carried over except it seems the welcome > send message when a user leaves toggle reverted back to off. Happened on the 10th of this month and we just noticed it.

When investigating the issue, it took a couple of attempts at reconfiguring and refreshing the dashboard to get the setting to stick. Thought I'd let y'all know.

• Muted role is under MEE6 role
• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role

Hi,

When using the Twitch notifications plugin and putting some punctuation around the stream link, the resulting notification clams the link with the punctuation together breaking the link. For example, if your notification text contains somehting like that: {streamer} is now live on {link}!, the resulting text will have https://twitch.tv/streamer!, which is not a correct URL. Discord actually has special syntax to separate URLs from surrounding text to prevent exactly this situation. I suggest making a change to the bot to interpolate {link} as <url> instead of just url to prevent it from clamping with surrounding characters.

It started out as mee6 during music quiz just sometimes being weird but turned into multiple other things that eventually lead to music quiz no longer working

It basically died from what I'm guessing was bc we were playing music quiz every night

I’m having probs whith mee6 it says I have no server but I’m owner and I can’t add it it says no discord servers added I tried whith support but they said put in bug reports

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.
