Yeah, sadly, No Man's Sky along with Hello Games' ODS (online discoveries services) network has created some limitations for larger Hub systems like ours. In that only a maximum of about 21 bases show at any given time, so only the bases most recently uploaded to their network show to other players. Unless, you were to join the base owner's lobby / group, in which case you'd be able to see the base for sure.

You're welcome. And yes, it's one aspect of the game that was a bit heart-breaking when we were going to open our NMSCord Hub to the community -- that was after we'd done several tests for weeks and realized that base display for Hubs is incredibly complex, as the game and ODS have base part count limitations that lead to hub systems with large bases only being able to maintain the latest uploaded bases in display (which varies between 18 and 21 bases for us).

The hub event organized here is our internal but official NMS Discord community event. It has no tie-ups with unification day, however we do keep an eye on such community activities too and we've also promoted them in the past.
They don't need to reschedule anything to match times with our event and we don't have to do that either. As it is by nature we are organizing a hub event for this community only, viz. Official NMS Community Discord Partner server. Headquarter of our own hub is in Distira, a system in Euclid Galaxy.

We will welcome any other community members to participate in this event and we won't stop our members to participate in other community events either, but I strongly believe we should keep things separated from each other to reduce confusion and interference, just like we have done things in the past.

Some of the information on save editing is pinned in #nms-modding channel. You may also ask the modders in the channel to help with PC configuration and how to mod/save edit your game files.

That being said I do not advise investing time in save editing, it's an easy way out and greatly diminishes the fun you can have in this game.

• Basketball Court: where lower security inmates can get a recreational workout during their 1-hour break outdoors. Daytime & nighttime.
• Scary moment: Me running away from a high security inmate that broke out. Thankfully, the AI mech caught them in the end.

Guys I lost my hub base 😭 that tree took so long to build 🥹

I finished the expedition and had to pay nanites for the golden vector which apparently shouldn't happen. Since it was sus, I checked my ships and my explorer was gone. I knew the only thing I could do was check the hub base, I knew it was the last thing I was working on when I last played in 2022. Went to the base and the whole bottom segment is gone including the garden 😢

I think I know what went wrong. My last save was apparently August 2022. About 5 months ago, my HDD crashed. So I had to download all the save files from ps plus cloud. I guess it didn't upload the latest save 😤

So the base is gone forever, yes? I did upload the final product through the game. So it should be in the final form on NMS servers despite me losing my save, no?

How do I unclaim a base via the bot. I've deleted it in game since I don't intend to use that save but since I verified it with the bot I need to unclaim the land

I assume you are talking about the bot that registers bases for showing in the hub channels here?
The bot has nothing to do with in-game, if you deleted a base in-game using the computer, it is gone together with the 'claim'. The base does remain registered in the channels here, if used with the various !base commands. Check #998315852841619620 and pins for using the commands

yay! got AMUSS and the save editor back! WHOO! and then.. double checked to make sure Gekball stadium has returned. All is well.. and damn. if I do say so myself on this new PC arghwater is just.. so.. damn.. pretty.

For old time hubbers, I am considering removing the Distira Community Defense base to recover parts. The war is over and we have seemingly had very little problems with planetary portals. I won't take it down right away in case there are objections. This was a community project. But if i hear no objections, I am going to remove it!
