I like to just drive around in the pilgrim to dissonance resonators on dissonant worlds, get out, destroy it if it has an echo locator and then just use the cloaking device until they deaggro and move on, no combat required.

Then you use the echo locators to find a harmonic camp and ping interceptor crash sites from there.

I take that statement back slightly, I had mixed up living glass with crayon chamber, so you would need 6x the amount of effort of making living glass to stasis device but the income should still be better than 6x

Basically you do the same with the farm for living glass (assuming you have one) then setup the farm for other components in similar ways (just differing in what materials), then craft the components towards stasis device

If you are talking about making living glass from mining and gathering the mats in the wild? I don't think it's worth it, scrapping sentinel ships would be a much better proposition

Once you land on the derelict freighter with your ship, there should be a door with a terminal beside it, use it and you have the option to break it's seal, do that, you can then enter the derelict freighter

that creature is not supposed to appear on planets at all

There are civilian freighters that share the overall shape as the mothership but they are not involved with sentinels at all

Technically you can go to another galaxy as soon as you gain the ability to warp, realistically, as long as you have access to portal glyphs, even just 1, will speed up the process tremendously

However I think a portal is given to you "for free" as part of the main quest line

@sour tartan the requirements to trigger a freighter battle, is to have 3 hours of in game time played (doesn't matter if its interrupted so you don't have to play 3 hours straight), and a minimum of warp 5 times (assuming you are new because warping with a freighter will never trigger the freighter battle)

the 3rd freighter encounter on a new save, you will then be able to encounter capital class freighters like the dreadnought/venator (pirate dreadnought encounter will only trigger if you have own a freighter)

My primary quests read as:
The space anomaly-beyond the system? explore the new reality-purchased blueprints, undertake missions with other travelers with nexus..., I haven't done any nexus missions but again unlocked all blueprints
Atlas Eternal-the crimson web-find a wonder to show to atlas I found all 16 symbols, i think that was this questline
New Beginnings-all the time in the world-a new galaxy awaits done some minor exploring in the galaxy, set up a element farm, went to a space station

Hey guys, a quick question here. I recently bought the game and I've put about 40 hours on it so far in just a couple of days. I'm absolutely in love what the game. I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner..

My question is, when I'm on the Galaxy map and I see a few options. I see Atlas I see black hole pre-roam and some other option. Now my question is does it matter if I follow any of these path? Or can I just do my own thing, also, I try to make my own Corvette starship and realized I'm going to need millions on top of millions of credits. I was looking on Reddit and people are saying for new people to the game to just farm materials like copper and stuff like that and use the refiner to craft and just sell it on the galactic trade on a space station.

guys i've been trying to get an s class dreadnought so i've been going back and forth between the same two pirate controlled systems repeating the dreadnought battle, i've done something like 20 battles by now yet i've only seen c classes and 1 b class. am i doing something wrong? is there something i can improve or is the luck always like this?

That's what you have to do. Outlaw systems do have the best chance at S class at 5%, but they also have the highest chance for C class spawns at 85%. You just have to keep trying

⚠️ No Man's Sky - Doing Quests in a group

Playing in a group can cause one or more players to experience issues or bugs when progressing quests, such as the main Storyline. Some of these issues are listed below.

• Waypoints not appearing on the HUD;
• Waypoints moving or jumping planets when you get close;
• Destinations being thousands of lightyears away;
• Quest destinations fail to provide the correct dialogs for the current stage;
• Primary ship getting accidentally reskinned to a different ship;
• Getting trapped on the other side of a portal;
• Getting trapped in a star system without access to both an hyperdrive or a teleporter/Space Station.

Some of the above issues can be difficult or even impossible to fix with just in game steps. Already having access to the Space Anomaly can help in some cases, but it's generally best to ignore quest progression when playing in a group.

📖 Did you know? Also known as The Artemis Path, the main Storyline was implemented before Multiplayer came to be a thing. It is intended to be run solo.

Example, hyperdrive upgrade gives you +20% efficiency and 200 hyperdrive range, if you place it in supercharged slot it will be 35% efficiency and 250 hyperdrive range(numbers are NOT real, i made them up but it's how it increases stats)
