The way I see it is: Max all medals with the Arena League(finished this on May 6th), then adopt, gene edit, fully level up, and adjust the fighting abilities on a great collection of SSS fighting pets: for me it will be: 24 SSS fighters(3 of each nature), plus 2 extras(expedition reward SSS pets I couldn't fit in the 24), plus the two flying worm...the Geno Prawn from the Arena rewards and the AAA titan worm from expedition rewards for a total of 28 pets. But really if you have a fully maxed force of 24(three of each nature) along with all fully maxed Arena League medals that's enough to say Xeno Arena is complete.

That was my initial plan because I didn't know how many of the expedition reward pets I could salvage as SSS or what I would do about all the ones that sucked...it was a mess that took up two pet inventory pages...planning, cleaning that up, and getting those two pages in order has been a huge pain and greatly delayed me. If not for that I would have 100% the Xeno Arena update weeks ago.

Oh but you will miss huge opportunities this way...if you have an S Alien multitool from before Atlas Rises you now have a MT with +89% damage...literally impossible to get these days...best you can get now is +50%. If you re-rolled the Atlas Scepter when it was possible to do you would now have one with 50% damage and excellent supercharged slot layout...HG killed that...now claiming one results in....36% damage bonus...hard fixed. Several such cases...things you can only have if you did them in narrow windows in time when it was possible and never again.

I don't even save scum (which is a valid strategy, I just don't care to do it), I just wait for RNG to show up at its own pace. I found a black S-class Centrifuge system freighter (still my favorite) by landing in it randomly because it just looked nice. NMS is how I relax, not how I look for more stress in my life 😉

I never cared about the flamethrower and still don't...mainly because it has no MT upgrades and never will. I couldn't get it on my main save anyway because at the time we were still limited to only owning one multitool so it would have meant me giving up my Alien with +89% damage for one with +35% damage...which...hahahahahaha, absolutely never in a million years. And getting it on a second save wouldn't have helped as tech can't be transferred through multiplayer.

Getting nanites isn't difficult, but it is time consuming. With 20 refiners at once churning 20 stacks of 9,999 runaway mould you make about 40,000 per hour. But there are easier methods like warping to pirate systems, buying items that when you open them they drop tech modules which you can then sell for around 500 nanites each and that can be even more profitable. Making nanites is very doable.

TLDR: there really isn't any. Most people just turn it off in the network settings and keep it off...you can't do anything to them. If you run into someone who does have PvP on chances are pretty solid they have a cheated ship and multitool and will obliterate you in moments. But if you somehow run into a new player who hasn't yet turned off PvP and kill him you get nothing and can't loot his grave marker...literally no reason to ever do it.

Wednesday. And we don't really have the slightest clue at what the honeybee emoji means. Some people are focused on the swarm aspect but I kind of doubt it. Probably just an expedition or first seasonal content for the Xeno Arena or a small update of sorts.

Regular sentinels would make a lot more sense than corrupted sentinels because corrupted sentinels have a lot more ground units than regular sentinels...many of the small spiders and several waves with double large spiders. For regular sentinels you'll face at most 4 ground units during a fight through all 5 wanted levels...one or two minotaurs(two if you start a fight at a sentinel pillar), one quad, and one walker...that's it.

Maybe though I don't think this is about ground units...might not even be about combat. I am hoping this is about animal farming...building enclosures for farm animals and bring them from all over universe and put them in there...then the enclosure would have a slot for us to put food in to keep them fed and it would auto collect animal products from the them like eggs, milk, honey, etc.

Ehh...my farms run incredibly well as they are without further babysitting and that's great. If they added more babysitting I would ignore it or just optimize my farms to do what I need without babysitting and then ignore it.
