What I did at the beginning is I found a low g moon with these glowing balls they're called gravatino collect those and sell them pro tip to jump further use your melee attack so you lunge forward and then use your jetpack to increase your lunge distance with zero g nothing will be able to catch up with you and you can just run around and grab as many as you want

Getting close to the edge is a bit weird because the galaxy shape isn't circular....it's a relatively thin square...think of it like the shape of a pizza box. So in a corner you would be much further from the center than at the edge on the side.

Are you looking at the time your save file shows? If so then it's no good. Completely trash estimate...doesn't count warp time, time in the menus, or reload. I have a secondary save that went from 11:17 to 11:20 after I spent over 20 hours reloading to re-roll previous expedition pets for SSS....complete garbage estimate. You can only trust platform time, that is vastly more accurate.

You can have 12 active ships and 18 more in cold storage...you don't have to choose. I don't role play that much though I do prefer Korvax for all my freighter and frigate crews...at least the non-living frigates and non-crew-less frigates. Though I do like Autophage settlements...3 of my 4 are Autophage and 1 Korvax.
