I disable network connection to my console completely. It disconnects you from Discovery and multiplayer services fully. So as far as the game is concerned the bases don't even exist

It's very similar to having to find an undiscovered system for a milestone. You sometimes have to go several thousand light years away from the expedition system.

Disabling multiplayer will just remove other people from your game. But their bases will still remain. Which is why you have to completely disconnect yourself from internet connection

When I tell people not to upload their base they say they thought it was required or their base would disappear.

They see it as saving your base location or build.

There would be a physical difference between the first spawn and gek. Because the first spawn even saw the Gek as weak and inferior. And from lore it suggests that those Gek who resisted were overpowered and cast into the Fire.

Those differences likely made it to where it was easy to fully exterminate the first spawn. Because of their physical differences they were easy to tell apart from the regular Gek. Which prevented the first Spawn from hiding amongst the gek.

I used the infinite scale glitch to place some giant mushrooms around my base, and their gigantic hit boxes clipped into my base and long story short, every single poster and decal i placed has been deleted. probably around 100. need to look through pics and place them all again
