Expanding cargo space is an extremely expensive endeavour, especially freighter cargo, but starship is no slouch either, needing literally billions of units to fully upgrade one ship

I think the most polite way I can describe the Starborn Phoenix is cosmetic junk. It is not a good exotic...at all. Its stat rolls are not great. You can find MUCH better exotic ships by playing the game. All you're missing out on is a bad ship with a cool skin.
