you should look up the fishing challenges, most of them are easy and give you new cosmetics, the last one is a grind but it's fun to set up fishing platforms on all the different biomes to get the legendary fish. but unless you're just doing it for fun, it's better to spread out, you'll only find 8 fish if you stay on the same planet

The fact we can get pulled out of our Corvettes using the stairs during pulse drive suggests short range teleporters are very buggy. But just the fact we can build them shows they want them to be there.

The big problem with stairs is that the handrails are visual assets and not physical. So you fall off a lot. And also makes the hole at the top of the stairs much wider than it should be. Causing your fall through

So place these decorative barricades at an angle on your staircase over your hand rails. And it also prevents you from falling off the sides but shrinks up the size of the hole. Preventing you from falling through as much

Short range teleporters are one of many things that have been static forever. They sit in one place and send you to another place. And those locations are always the exact same place you placed it.

One of the hardest parts of Corvettes that I think they are experiencing is how to take all of these static assets that have never moved before and make them just as functional and mechanically sound while they are rocketing through space and changing position constantly.

honestly I think the smartest way is to do what you said, but only temporarily. Have everyone build a base near each other. Just a cheap one you can teleport to. Then everyone joins their own, teleports to those bases, and then meet up and make groups on your own host

of course you want a trusted group for that

also if you are phased out when that happens, turning off mp and back on helps

i think i just glitched my discovery data out.... i just started playing again after 8 years and i went back to my first galaxy ever... and some of the planets have been re-discovered for the first time somehow and now all of their personal discovery data has merged with mine

I started a permadeath run and the second world I went to was radioactive. Sucked up by a hurricane, thrown over a cliff with one Health remaining. But landed right next to a hazard plant and got wiped by a tentacle.

Click on the fauna. At the top of each list on that screen or how many nanites you can earn from scanning everything on the planet. You have to hit that button to claim those nanites once you've scanned everything
