"The Omen of Dreams" is pretty much complete. Probably more decorating that I could do in the interior, but it's more of a passenger jet than a luxury yacht, sleeping cabins aside. Maybe more of a sleeper train, I guess. NOT sold on the double layer of windows at the front. Might remove the one just below the bridge and replace them with the little circular windows. Thoughts?

Yeah I liked it so decided to keep the game generated one. Hopefully I'm done tinkering with my corvette, just when I think I'm done I decide to add something else to it. I only own one corvette. Most people have multiple but I prefer sentinel interceptors and the hunt for those ships. It's probably why I spend so much time tweaking my corvette as I only intended to use just the one

The more I add to my ship the more it's starting to look more like a sentinel battleship. We used the same colour palette the red metallic. Makes the black and red look really menacing

Alright so after this update and the previous updated i've been updating my corvette and coincidentally enough, I decided to just call it the VOV Voyager. I think it explains itself as to why it is called the Voyager.

Looks nice but the change in the lore to the milenium falcon was unforgiveable. Its not meant to be some kind of slick looking fuck boy spaceship. It's meant to be the equivalent of a Ford transit with a jet engine in the boot. The older lore saw the front mandibles as sort of like a fork lift truck. This is also explains the reason for having a cockpit to the side.

Cuz its difficult to do the outer ring rims you have to manually place smaller parts in weird ways and symetrical mirrored parts rly dont exist so making it all exactly symetrical is probably impossible rn but still its most look alike

Propulsion - Kineostream III engine (aka 3 Kineostream thrusters stacked in a row).
Energy plant - x3 mk3 Medusa, Zenith and Azimuth class reactors (aka 3 of each, total 9, stacked/offsetted into a space of 2 hubs)
Weapon systems - 4x phase beam cannons.
Rockhopper & maglev landing gear, designed to safely hold the whole ship afloat.
Advanced sensor systems.
Huge cargo for all possible tasks (Trading, keeping the required items for lon-range exploration runs, gathering all the trophys).

Pretty much, except it's inside the seat so never visible. You can only get in from the back but it consistently works except a weird exception. If you call it in on the anomaly and it ends up in a normal ship pad (happens if all the corvette ones are full) the interaction to get in doesn't seem to appear 🤔 not sure why that is

I am very happy with my corvette. After a lot of tearing down, rebuilding, and tinkering, I got something that looks a bit like a giant Sentinel Interceptor!

Also it has very high damage and maneuverability, so I feel okay using it as my everyday ship.

Based mine loosely on the Republic Consular Cruiser from Star Wars. Made some changes like added the big dish to the middle, and I had to fit some main engines there on the back. I used all thunderbird habs on the inside, not sure if I should swap them for one of the other types. I call it the Tachyon Shrike.

New but similar design to my current main corvette.

Went with a red theme this time, and designed it to be elevated off the ground (I got sick of spawning stuck inside my corvette's walls). It technically only has one landing gear, but the rockhopper wings give the illusion of having three landing gears. Has three hatches, the main rear titan hatch and two thunderbird hatches at the middle-sides.

Its possible i think the game crashes when multiplayer is on and when disabled I think its less crashes recently ive been turning multiplayer off more to try stop the crashing from happening in same and different areas in the game its so sad when I first got to game on my Rog Ally Z1 it was not even like this ever since Beacons is when issues started for and it got extremely worse soon as Voyagers came around

I wanted something extremely boxy for a huge open internal space, made sure it could accommodate the Colossus, and used it as an excuse to just have fun with something even uglier than what I usually do.
Bottom is almost totally flat since each side has a row of about 10 thunderbird landing bays cargo elevator lifts.

I love how in the last pic, the ship almost blends into the sky. Too big too see. 🤣

Had to use my phone for the last pic. IDK why but the screenshot was making it so dark it DID actually blend with the sky.

thanks, but it really wasn't that bad. The vertical or angled parts would have been too much to deal with but I used the base editing program, and the trickiest stuff was really just closing up the interior spaces and making as many interior habs connect as possible. 😅

Yup, as answered above, the Base Builder tool. 😄 You can scale parts up and down but won't be able to connect to anything. It's the place to manipulate parts with full freedom.

Im reposting this, does anybody have an idea on what I could do to make the ship feel more unique? It looks like a pancake from most angles and idk what to do abt it.

Firstly, use F12 to take your screenshots. The ingame screenshotter is all kinds of wack. You can use F12 while in photomode.

Second, hm. Well break up the symmetry a bit more. You have a lot of the same part in the back in the same orientation for example.
Learn to use the half-grid and make the two center fins meet sideways in the middle, for instance.
Change up the bottom half of the ship, shift the bottom rear fins forward by half or by a whole grid. Maybe swap them for shorter fins, flip them all sideways, or remove them entirely and try a different look.
Coloring matters too, for example looking at the top profile the ship could use more of the same navy blue along the centerline.

Overall it's not half bad. The shot from the front looks nice. It has a solid "space corvette" look, it's just stuck between "aerodyne" and "space teardrop", with not enough symmetry or asymmetry to look like a proper example of either.

Well the game calls the parts many things, so I call parts by what they seem to be used for. What these are used for in your build, looks like fins. I mean the Arcadia Blades you have mounted to the top, bottom, and sides of your engine cluster.

The Bucklehulk, a model of ship from Jatzu-Driveyards thats based on the Jaggernaut Heavy duty Freighters. Basically a heavy freighter vessel, repurposed into a yacht. The main Cargo dock was removed for a shielded free space deck.

expeditionary ship mk 3, more nimble , more powerful engines and improved jumprange due to the dual reactor layout.

expeditionary ship mk 2, now replaced by the mk 3, the first of the models to use ambassador hubs instead of titan hubs and include a radar like structure in the hull design.

expeditionary ship mk 1 later scrapped and replaced by the mk 2, got it's name only recently as it's actual use was more or less multi-role due to it's lacking jumprange and being the least nimble of the 3 ships.

It just needs some fine tuning with base building menu items. My idea is you can get those scoops by scaling up the shovel bucket and then lining the inside with something. The thruster-feet I built for this varitech fighter illustrates my vision:
