Once my freighter was in a system that I came back to, it was engaging a pirate dreadnought battle since it spawned it next to my freighter. Didn't do anything sadly. Just looked pretty.

You can go to pirate systems and let the dreadnought kill the civilian ship, disable their warp engines like usual then wait for the civilian freighter to perish, then do what you usually do against them

i think my favorite ship looks atm are the sentinel ships. I been collecting a few different ones. I even got one that's like super tiny because it has the smallest landing gear and hardly any additions on the main body so it's like a flying space peanut with guns on the front of it lol
