Scripted side missions and the main storyline are very much solo

If you wanna play with your friend I suggest exploring some planets together

The magic with procedural generation is that you never know what you're gonna get

I'm in a far away planey to find the recipe of antimatter, I got it but the problem is my health is very low I'm on 10% and I don't have oxygen on me, it's a barren planet and i found a distress signal and found a b-class ship. I'm in extreme heat of the moment on what to do. I have claimed the b-class ship so can I go back to my planet where I have oxygen and summon the b-class ship from there? Or do I have to switch ship here itself and go back to my home planet?

To find oxygen, find hazardous flora. Its everywhere
Staying in your ship will refresh your shield but not your life support.
And no, u can swap your ship aslong as if ur B class ship has landing gear and its pulse engine fixed

The b class ship i found was a distress signal and it's thrusters are totally busted (I found out by trying to turn on the ship and yeah it didn't)

Cadmium is on most worlds in red star systems, look for stars with M or K at the beginning of their stellar class (which indicates that it is a red star system)
