Funny story—one time I came across one of those “glitched” planets with only one fauna and the localized distortion decorations, and the fauna was a cluster of fairy lights. Later while decorating a base, I went to put them up in a wonder projector and the model was that of the glowy rolling ball fauna. The other day I finally returned to that planet for more of the decoration, and the fauna moving around were the glowy balls—except when I scanned them, their name was different, and when I checked the fauna tab the creature with that name was supposedly extinct. Really was a glitched planet
