To be fair PS4 has rarely had issues. Since 2016 even long before the PS5 launched NMS updates have usually released on PS4 either first or shortly after Steam. It is rare that PlayStation has issues but it does happen every now and then...one time I think it was an expedition if I remember correctly, released on PS5 two days after everyone else.

What is that supposed to be? Weapon ranking? Because the boltcaster is by far the best. Damage rating might not get close to Neurton Cannnon but its damage output is vastly higher than the neutron cannon because it has a vastly higher fire rate. If you think the Boltcaster is C class and the Neutron Cannon is S class you have no idea what you're talking about. Here's a boltcaster with only 40k damage rating shredding a walker in 3 seconds.

Normal, but it doesn't matter...the fire rate is the same on all difficulties and the scaling affects all weapons so the Boltcaster will always be better.

A maxed out boltcaster on a maxed damage(+50%) staff or sentinel MT with ideal SC slot placement caps at ~56k damage rating so people look at the neutron cannon rated at around 200k damage rating and think it's a no brain better but that isn't the case at all. The huge fire rate increases of the Boltcaster make it fire around 5 volleys while the neutron cannon fires one and the neutron cannon is a wide spread shotgun so it will almost never hit its full damage either so the boltcaster does over 250k damage while the neutron cannon does like 150k out of 200 at best most of the time.

But even on an Atlantid MT with a 20% damage bonus or lower the boltcaster will still outpace a maxed neutron cannon on a top end staff or Sentinel MT.

I found a fix for loud telamon until they fix it. I have my game music volume at 100, my game sound volume at 50 and my TV volume at 10. Telamon doesn't sound as loud anymore.
