Hmm, so, I noticed something very odd with the Terrain Manipulator today. While mining Activate Quartzite and Crystalized Helium, instead of mining from above like I normally do, I dug myself under the deposits (due to the tornados) and mined upward. All was going well as expected, until I unexpectedly fell into a pit in the opposite direction to that I had been mining.
In other words, the Terrain Manipulator seemed to mine in a column both in the direction I pointed and in the opposite direction (below me). Maybe it always did this and I never noticed? (Mining downward like normal, the "opposite lobe" would be in midair, and when digging straight tunnels, it would be in the tunnel I had left behind, so easy to overlook.
Anyone else ever see this? Maybe it only happens when mining close to vertical upwards?

Something i always do when i make a base is make a portal and a biomass burner

Doesnt have to be powered when you tp to it but it does from

Biomass burners can work ofc but you have to keep refilling em whereas the battery will infinitely recharge itself through 2 solar panels.
