1. I didn't have the option to adds sounds to store, accept via going through a direct link to store to begin adding them sounds in.

Users can choose to make the channels that they subscribe to public or private. By default, all settings are set to private.

Private: When a user's subscriptions are set to private, no other user can see what channels they subscribe to. A user's account does not show in a channel's Subscribers List, even if they are subscribed.
Public: When users subscriptions are set to public, another user can see what channels they subscribe to. User subscriptions are listed on their channel page and their account is listed in the Subscribers List for any channel they subscribe to.

Not exactly sure which channel this belongs in but since it happens when trying to access a youtube account as a bot supervisor I'll post it here.

I was just added as a bot supervisor to a youtube channel. However when I try to access that channel it causes the entire site to stop working and all I see is a white screen. The only thing that fixes this is clearing my cookies for the website. For reference I am using chrome, and accessing either my own twitch or youtube channels works fine along with accessing a twitch channel that I am a bot supervisor for.

So it sorta worked? I still get a white screen if I click to go to their page, but if I put in a specific path such as /dashboard/bot/commands/default then it works

So the white screen is if I start on https://streamelements.com/dashboard and click to go to the account that I'm a bot supervisor on I get stuck on a white screen still at the same https://streamelements.com/dashboard url

And since I'm stuck on a white screen but still considered as accessing their channel I can't get out of that white screen unless I put a specific url in like the bot/commands/default one

Also while I'm here, we've been having issues in youtube streams with bots sending messages that are just emojis and have their channel name as the advertised link instead. Is there any way to filter those? Obviously can't just filter the emojis or risk innocent viewers getting banned, but these spammers always use very similar names so if I could set up a filter for channel names it should work

heres an example (blurred out part of the url in the name, id hope no one here would actually go search it but wanted to be safe)

Alternatively if there's no way to add parts of a channel name to a spam filter is it possible to filter emojis instead? Since it's extremely unlikely a normal user would ever use any of these combos of emojis if I added enough examples of them in specific patterns it should at least catch them relatively quickly, but I'm not sure if the bot can handle filtering specific emojis?

Hmm I do have another question though specifically for youtube

For link protection I can only set the timeout duration to 120 seconds or more. For starters on youtube timeouts are always 5 minutes (which is honestly super annoying to deal with as a mod) so I'm not exactly sure how setting a duration other than 600 here will work. But what if I just want a link deleted? I know with banned words I can set a duration of 0 to just delete a message with no timeout but it won't let me do that for link protection for a youtube channel.

Oh also I'm assuming setting the excluded group to "subscribers" is going by the twitch terminology and would therefore apply to members not subscribers (since twitch follower = youtube subscriber, twitch subscriber = youtube membership)

Wondering if you can help. Have been trying for 2 months now to clear an audio latency issue. It first cropped up as a Max Audio Buffering issue in SE OBS and then also had some issues with the capture card which may have been causing it. I've resolved all of those as far as I know and yet when I streamed today the same issue occurred. I'm not sure how the encoding works so I'm not sure if this something you can help with. The video and my mic audio are in sync, but the game capture audio and game chat is NOT.

for reference this is the message you normally get when hiding a user (hiding = ban on youtube)

this is particularly worrying because there's no way to undo or remove a timeout on youtube

but you can unhide a user if they get hidden by accident

so if someone accidentally gets caught by the bot's spam filter there's no way I can fix that if this is really how the bot is meant to be working

Setting timeout duration to -1 on twitch is a ban and 0 is just a deleted message, but on youtube when I set it to -1 it did a timeout for 1.2 billion seconds (problematic if there's a false positive and an innocent user gets timed out since you can't reverse a timeout on youtube), and setting it to 0 on youtube resulted in a 5 minute timeout.

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly setup StreamElements alerts with YouTube members. I have it set up for the basic tier, but I have 3 of those and I cannot set it up so that it shows different alerts for different tiers of memberships. Currently there is a known issue with going Live with SE.Live. Devs are aware of the issue.
The workaround for this is, to click on the "Live Video Settings" button in the chat dock and use the 2nd option from the pop up "Use these settings" to go live.

almost ALL of the custom commands I set up are gone for a youtube channel I'm a bot supervisor for. We had set up a lot for custom shoutouts and information and now only 2 are showing up.

However we can still use the commands???

have confirmed with the other bot supervisors that they are seeing the same thing (only 2 custom commands), however I tested the bot since the streamer is currently live and one of the missing commands still works with the bot. I really need to be able to see the full list of commands because we don't have it documented anywhere else which commands we have already set up

I'm thinking this may be related to having some commands set to not be publicly visible but we should still be able to see the commands as bot supervisors.

So I've been testing out my widgets for my counters, specifically sub goals for that stream session.
I've been trying to reset the counter to 0. When I reset session data, the count returns to 0, but when I click the emulate sub event again, then it increments from a random number from previous sessions and has different count increments.
I've looked through tutorials with resetting session data, and that does not seem to be working. Even deleting and recreating the overlay does not help.
Any suggestions are appreciated😄

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to make the font size in the chat panel larger? There is a font size slider for alerts that works great but nothing for chat. This is using SE.Live in OBS for a Youtube stream. Note, the on-screen chat while streaming, that the viewers see, is fine. This is purely for the OBS window. Just to add, it would be convenient if the Alert font slider also adjusted the chat panel.

Hey there Support, i made the switch from twitch to YouTube but cannot seem to get my bot to show any timed messages/respond to commands in YouTube chat. Ive taken all the necessary steps to connect it to YouTube including making the bot a moderator. I seen someone mention clicking the menu in the "activity feed" dock in obs, going to the "stream settings" and giving the bot a name, which i did for twitch but the option doesn't seem to exist for YouTube. When i click the menu to go to "stream settings" the only channel listed is my twitch, not the YouTube. Ive also tried parting and reconnecting to YT to no avail. Any help? Hello! I have been using SE Live for several months to stream to twitch, but I am now trying to configure it to stream to youtube. I have a separate profile in OBS to stream to YT, but I am unable to get SE Live extensions to reflect the activity feed and chat for YT in that profile, they persist to load my twitch data, and there doesn't seem to be a way to get them to load my YT data and twitch simultaneously so that I can easily switch between them

Are there any specific recommendations for intermission scenes? No matter what I do with it reset/rebuild it it always seems to eventually cause max audio buffering? I run a local video file approx. 260mb in size made sure audio bitrate and sample rate match obs settings, even removed the audio so now it's silent and it still causes Max Audio Buffering??? What am I missing here? OBS runs as admin? Is there a transition setting maybe? (currently 3000ms fade) The audio desync on stream is frustrating and its been a constant problem in recent months, have upgraded all capture cards and hardware and OS to see if any of that would help, but back at square one. @rose stream This worked. Go to streamelements tab in OBS, and logout, then login using YT settings and it should resolve your issue as well, it seems we were having the same problem. You'll have to logout and login every time to swap between YT and Twitch, rather than easily being able to swap between the two, but it works. @daring seal it would be cool to have an option in the future to tie in our logins to separate profiles within OBS, so we can easily load up a profile and have login data persist between profiles.

I have a BRB screen that uses audio and an animated screen, as opposed to a static one, both local files, no issues with buffering or audio desync, I don't have any customized settings, all stock in OBS. I would guess that this problem might be one with your hardware, as opposed to a software issue. I could be way off, but that's just my experience.

I also use animated starting soon and outro screens, using both animated visuals and audio, and the same is true. No issues between transitioning, nor buffering. I did have significant issues with these when using a PC that didn't have a decent CPU / GPU, but I upgraded my PC and now I don't have any problems.

To set up the bot for your YouTube stream, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
2. Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.
3. Go to https://studio.youtube.com/, click on Settings > Community and add https://youtube.com/c/streamelements or https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjerlCIbLPQwSnYlClkjDXg as a Moderator.
4. When live, be sure to look at Live chat instead of Top chat, as Top chat will hide the bot messages.

In regards to your data, it looks like your session data resets 15 min after your stream ends, meaning that it will clear the data. If you go to Widget Data > Totals, you'll see the amount of subscribers you have. Clearing your Session Data will reset the activity feed and the events from before should be gone

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. Hi, I've been having an issue for a few weeks now where as soon as I open StreamElements OBS Live, my CPU usage goes up to 60-70% usage without me starting to stream or record. Typically, the way it looks is OBS Studio is listed in my task mgr as 6-7%, but "System" is at 60%. Again, it only does this when I turn on OBS.

Update: I seemed have fixed the issue. Seems to be some kind of bug with "Scene Collection". I switched from my main Scene to another and it cleared the issue.

I hope you don't mind me replying to this. I managed to test the stream-onscreen chat by scheduling a stream and have someone comment in the stream chat before it went live. Useful to see the text pop up in the preview window. It won't show in the panel in obs but at least you can see how it'll look along side your other widgets. Not sure if this helps. Again apologies if this isn't helpful.

• Added Bot as mod on youtube (Tried both SE channel links)

• Tried removing google account permissions and re-adding them

Hello. I cannot get the chat bot to go into my youtube live streams on either channel. One channel had it running for a long time and it stopped and now I cannot get the new one either. Can anyone assist?

Hello, i am trying to set up alerts on my youtube channel. they seem to not be working though, my previews show up in stream but when someone subscribes or does anything else it doesn't show up... i have all my alerts set up properly and have the browser source selected and in obs studio. so i'm stuck with broken widgets.

Due to changes by Youtube there can be a delay up to 4 hours with subscriber notifications. This is the new intended way for receiving events from Youtube by their design.

Also, do you have the browser source at the top of the source list? If anything is blocking it, it will not show up

i'm new to streaming on youtube so i've only got 10 subscribers, so there being a delay wouldn't make sense. and when i do a test alert in stream elements the alert shows up fine, it's only for live alerts

• Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts

Plugging a USB from your PS4 to a PC would not work. You'll need a capture card that reads your HDMI output from the PS4 itself. Look on Amazon or online for some options. They can range from 20 bucks to 2000 bucks

Due to changes by Youtube there can be a delay up to 4 hours with subscriber notifications. This is the new intended way for receiving events from Youtube by their design.

yes, it blocks alerts coming from all sources

Something I want to know is how can you set up the stream chat proper since I can't see messages load up on the chatbox and I have tried doing so when it was going live

stream needs to be public in order for chat to work, it will not work with unlisted or private streams

when you add the chat box it will have default settings, you can later customize text size and font if you want
