Not sure if which helpdesk i should ask this so I posted here and on the facebook one (since i'm editing for facebook overlays).
I'm trying to change the default from the Alertbox so I already clicked clear video but the video settings are still there. I also tried setting an image and adding animations to the image (fade in/fade out) but when testing it out with emulate, it's just not working. That is, the image just appears and the text is now missing.
Not sure how to resolve.

Just out of curiosity, wondering if some people would share major (and minor)( differences between Streamlabs and Stream Elements. Brand new to PC Gaming. Was Streaming on my 1x using external capture card and Macbook Pro. I purchased Streamlabs Prime, but just wondering what are the differences (good and bad) between them? What are some significant benefits choosing one over the other? I am basic streamer (camera, graphic images for streaming starting, ending, be right back....not all into the alerts and crazy overlays'

@ivory zenith Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

I was wondering if there was a simpler way to have each part of an overlay move individually inside of obs. So that way during a stream session it is easy to make changes to your scene on the fly and not be stuck with what you made a while ago.

Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

So i just built my first PC used to use laptop. I used the Back up cloud option so that i can just restore everything in the new PC.
in the new PC, i have logged in to the Streamelements account and i have seen the backup file that i have created. It says
"OBS.LIVE will restart once restoration is complete. are you sure you wish to proceed with restoration?"
As soon as i click "Ok'', OBS resets and just comes into a blank new page of OBS. (it didn't restore) anything.

But to answer your question: This is possible with pretty much every kinda modern PC. At the back of your second PC is a green port for your speakers. From that you go out and into the blue port of your first PC. The blue port is called "Line In". To describe it really rough, it's like a mic port but for everything except mics like a music player or PCs. After plugging the cable in, you should get a pop up from your mainboard's driver asking you how that port should be used like. Then in OBS you can select it in Settings > Audio as a mic.

@nimble torrent Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.
