The major problem we were facing, were an extremely large amount of creators were asking questions and never being able to get an answer because of the backlog from our staff dancing between Discord and Tickets. Our new system lets our support team focus 100% on Tickets, to help better help the community as a whole

I'm using SE.live to stream. (last version)
for the past month, SE.live freeze regurlary, and is not responding anymore.
This happens ONLY when I update some source (for example : when I add some text source, etc...).
This happens both while streaming, and offline. This also can happen when I switch scene.

I have been trying to fix my alerts since May 9th. Incase they have not noticed, all facebook overlays stopped working following their update on that day. I hope they are in the works on fixing this because it has been 9 days.

Is there better documentation for the command variables & macros than https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/command-variables ? That page seems very incomplete. For example, the ${game} and ${channel} macros have historically accepted an argument which is the user to return information for, rather than defaulting to the current channel. But that is not specified anywhere on this page. It also does a poor job of explaining what some of them actually mean. Example: ${user} returns 'the user', but which user? I would think the user that sent the chat message, but in my testing it is just equivalent to ${1}

Our teams support times are usually pretty quick. Sometimes it can be within an hour, sometimes a bit longer. Depends on how busy we are with tickets, especially if there is a known outage

I believe they reworked the shoutout command template to work correctly. Can you delete your existing command and create a new one using the shoutout template from the template drop down and see if it works?

attempted to use the help ticket feature but honestly, the idea of posting my SE id or email in discord channel makes me feel uncomfortable ... Plus my issue is not local to only my account. Almost every channel I moderate in has had issues with SE commands that have been created in order to shoutout streamers on Twitch. Main issue is it not pulling in the streamer's name to the twitch url and sometimes not pulling in the game last played. But I’m not having issues with Facebook and no one else is, and it seems to be just stream elements that the issues lays with. It is alerts, activity feed, emails. That’s not a Fscebook issue. When will this be fixed? I don’t really want to go down the route of going to another company and doing my overlays again.

I've reported it via a ticket, however 3 days and no answer. However commands are delayed, shoutouts and (some variables) Not sure if all of them work correctly, for example sometimes the shoutout will only contain "twitch.tv/" then it would have no user name, sometimes it has the full user name but does not show what game they are playing, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't even work at all or the command just doesn't execute which then referring back to the delayed commands, it could take at least 10 seconds for the command to come through then send a response in the chat, it could also take longer.

So, I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that notifications from SE to my OBS program aren't working (execpt for Tips, they work fine, which is strange) - I'm on both Facebook and Twitch, and there seems to be problems on both platforms, even with other streamers. What's the go with that and what's the ETA?

Looks like it’s still not work. Find this hard to believe this is a ‘Facebook’ issue as other companies who provide overlays are working fine.. it’s just stream elements. I’m not have a go at individual staff on here… but that overall lack of contact, updates and comms WE have had.. is very poor! No emails, nothing. It’s us that are having to chase on here and even then, it’s a poor update. No clear indication of when it’ll be fixed or what the issue is. Not a good look imo! We are aware of these issues, and as I stated earlier, our team is actively trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Unfortunetly sometimes there are issues that prevent the simple solution to be fixed, so it takes more time and resources to find the issue and to release a working solution.

I promise you that we have our devs actively working over the past week to fix the FB issue, as well as the past few days to fix the loyalty points issue, as well as the bot commands.

We just ask for a little bit of patience while we fix what we can in a way that will be a permanent solution

With my streamer (Twitch; on average around 2,500 viewers), alerts and the like work, only viewer time and viewer loyalty points as well as the !addpoints all command (everything that depends on the chat participant list) do not work . But all other commands, as well as the giveaway system, subscription and bits points, etc., work without any problems as far as we have observed.
But specifically, that's just an insight into my streamer. I've been observing the problems for about 2 weeks. I can no longer see the grinning face when the !addpoints command fails (because we manually compensate for the loyalty points as far as the bot allows).

Yeah, it's been a bit whack for a while, wasn't counting in March, I had the streamer leave/join, it seemed OK for a bit but isn't counting properly now.
This streamer streams 8-12 hours/day, has been on every day. I have him permatabbed via 2 PC browsers and Chatty.
Similarly, keepingimpala has a permatab and is in chat all day every day, but his watchtime is only counting 1-2 hours/day.

I see a few remarks about command not working. In my Twitch channel, I cannot use my own commands, but other can. So commands like the kappagen, or just default or custom command, when I type it nothing happens. When anyone else type it, it does show up. I am the streamer, so permissions enough. I'm having similar problems. I couldn't test when others use the commands since I usually have low viewer counts (i.e., 1). But if I type a command as the streamer, StreamElements doesn't respond in the usual way (like sending a lurk message, or shoutouts).

With the cooperation of my streamer, I was able to achieve that the bot recognizes my commands (as mods) again (like !addpoints, among other things) - he had to contact me at the SE dashboard chat bot -> user management as a bot user (in my case as a Super Mod) enter. from that moment the bot responded to me again.
Unfortunately, this does not solve the problem that the bot often overlooks normal and custom commands from normal viewers or does not react to them.
