Hello, i recently changed my twitch nickname from "Muuzs" to "Muusz". Once i done that, it seems that all the StreamElements points that i have been farming on several twitch stream channels are gone, as if i am a fresh user, even though im not. Please see what you guys can do about it. Makes no sense to lose all this points without being warned just from a rename. 1. Right-click your OBS desktop shortcut (not the OBS.Live shortcut) and navigate to Properties
2. In the Target field, add the following to the very end: --remote-debugging-port=40404 (don't forget to add a space before the current path)

Good afternoon. My chatbot will not work while using my channel name (not using a custom channel, just the hosting channel name). I've logged out and back in, parted and rejoined the chat bot (both from the dashboard and from within OBS), logged OBS out of and back into my channel, and nothing. Any help would be amazing. I've attempted to use the debug switch and the command store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration(). I've also done a reinstall. Any help?

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have OBS.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. Exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. Delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. Start OBS.Live
5. Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Connect

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

perhaps a relog for that user will help, but I honestly don't think it will as that's pretty much intended behavior when it comes to the extension

First, let's make sure you're following the procedure:

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hi. The format does not have anything to do with it. That game has some issues with the anticheat and capture, we would recommend trying monitor capture or window capture instead of game capture in OBS.

yeah, you can share the overlay you just made to your friend's account, but before that your friend will need to grant you manager access to their dashboard

have them to follow these steps

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.

Having issues with RichWCampbells streamelements have to manually continue media requests. Can't get onto his dashboard at all only ground control is somewhat working currently for his channel. Other mods and even himself are not able to access anything via the site for him. Not just his stream also myself can not get past the homescreen after logon on any browser or on his pc and other mods have tried on their pcs. Clicking on My Dashboard or trying to access settings from dropdown just loads back to homescreen.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Hello, I have a issue with streamelements obs and activity feed. I have different alerts for different kind of tiers and for approx. 5 days, I have issue, that tier 3 sub is shown as tier 1 sub (tier 1 alert is played) - afterwards when I refresh the activity feed (top left corner) sub is shown as a tier 3 and when I repeat the alert, tier 3 alert is being played. The issue is, that OBS doesnt recognize tier 3 sub at first, but plays tier 1 sub, after refresh, its corrected and tier 3 sub is being played. I treid reinstall obs (with saved settings tho, not completely clear reinstall), I tried refreshing all of the stuff in obs and disconnect connect twitch account. Nothing helped. Can you help me please?

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Is there any intention to add labels that are monthly based? and reset monthly. NGL the 30 day ones are basically useless. It would make it way better for tracking monthly subs and top bit senders of the month. Its the one feature I really miss from streamlabs.
Also I have realized that the most recent gifter label is completely broken. It does not accurately track how many subs were gifted. Would love to see a fix on these!

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

I tried down sizing the res and using the auto config wizard setting and still no luck. My mom is able to stream teach her class with no problem. Playing games and streaming to discord is fine too. Dropped Frames means that you have a bad connection between your device and the streaming platform and most likely something related to your ISP not handling the connection properly.

Speed tests usually cannot help solve this problem and its best to use this guide: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues

If you stream to twitch, use the !twitchtest command and do a connection test to your regional servers.

Hi, so I have a problem with my OBS-Studio/ the Streamelements extention..
For about 3 days my OBS uses almost 70% of my RAM which makes streaming and gaming impossible. So I first tried to update OBS which wasn't really helpful. Than the next problem came up: The Streamelements extention was gone. So I went over to the website and installed Streamelements again. I started OBS after but Streamelements wasn't there (even after downloading it three times). I kinda fixed the RAM usage by disabling my cam (which isn't a solution for me for a long time) but without the extention my stream is almost empty xD
I can also go into a vc with someone who can help me because I don't know what to do now xd

Hey guys, any update on Gifted data? Gifted labels dont have access to amount gifted (instead shows amount months the receiver has been subbed for), gifted has no session/monthly/weekly data.
