The bot can do it, but on your account all the filters are disabled currently - so our bot will not do anything to ban or time out people currently.

Check your link protection settings on Twitch.
As you see the link protection (that would do this with our bot) is disabled, so that would not be it.

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Seems to be a problem with custom bot name. I have reverted to StreamElements bot name and it works. Are custom bots down?

Yes, it does. If you don't like loyalty commands you can disable them in the default commands, but you need to have the loyalty thing enabled

Hello support I am dropping many frames! My bitrate went from an excellent 6k to unstable 2k over night.

I was wondering what might cause this?

I was streaming at 60fps now I'm down to 20

And it is happening on Twitch and YouTube, I have the same result

@upbeat lodge Dropped Frames means that you have a bad connection between your device and the streaming platform and most likely something related to your ISP not handling the connection properly.

Speed tests usually cannot help solve this problem and its best to use this guide: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues

If you stream to twitch, use the !twitchtest command and do a connection test to your regional servers.

@gentle glen The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Good way to test is to open the link you sent and re-emulate, or add it to OBS and test and see if you can see it there.

Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Hi y'all!! I seem to be running into some issues while trying to set up the Awesome Shout Out widget and I'm hoping someone can help me. My bot is all set up to use my account in my channel so that it has access to my emotes and such. It was all working great, but then it just stopped. It no longer uses timers, or responds to commands even though the commands show as active. I've tried using the part channel function and then having it re join, but it's still not working. It never says anything in my channel. I can't figure out why.

@plush meadow If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

I see now, thanks for the clarification. You're using an API by Fyrewire. The parameters and output of the command are up to them, and questions about them should be directed at them. They are in the #dev-chat channel right here, so you can try pinging them there.

Adding and upvoting ideas also helps the staff know which ideas should be prioritized so please take some time to upvote.

Hey, my watchtime is broken even though I have loyalty enabled, any ideas what could be happening?

@true island The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Hey there, since yesterday Streamelements doesnt play my custom alerts such as my bit alert and sound .Instead it just plays the default ones ..I reuploaded the sounds and even reseted everything without anything changing .. last time I had a problem one of your friendly helpers could solve my problem of not showing alerts at all by refreshing the 'Webhooks' I guess .. could it be that this would fix that problem too? So when I get donations through my paypal tips page, the money is saying that I have to accept the payment, but when I try to, it takes me to this page and when I try and link my bank account it doesnt work. Has anyone else had the same issue in the past?

We do not touch the transactions at all, we only get the information from Paypal that it was successful.

When I try to click on "New PC Bit Goal" --> Duplicate --> Other Overlays - Then the new overlay does not show up.
