No, they have to be configured one by one. You can duplicate the alert box to other scenes once the alerts are done, but not to other alerts as far as I know

the emulation sucks, e.g. it shows the sub msg and TTS it, but during the stream it does neither. I reported this here few days ago, but unfortunately without any solution

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@mortal obsidian 10 minutes of watch time is given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled to watch time to work properly.
There is no direct link between watch time and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the number of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in the chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user do not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Oh it's just simple, I want someone to write !ffa, and after a certain time has passed, everyone that has joined, it picks who won. Sort of like a raffle. For the !Boss, everyone who !join's it randomly says how many people made it out alive or if the boss was beaten or it says everyone got wiped. If the boss was beaten, it gives points. I've seen a lot of these things in different chats, but they were using a diff bot I guess... Any ideas?

To reset goals:

from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

For the Raffle Module, it seems I can't make more raffle commands, and if so I don't know how to do so. I can currently change the !sraffle and !raffle commands, but what if I want to make multiple raffles. For example; "Who is strong enough to face Godzilla, !join to suit up". But now imagine that command is there with a !Godzilla, if I wanted to type !Demon, would I have to remove the !Godzilla, and replace it? I would like to have both if possible. Hope I make sense

@signal garden I'm not expert on this, but one of my friends who streams gets paid out when she hits a certain dollar amount accumulated by subs/bits. I believe it was around $100 but I could be mistaken. I'm not sure if there's also a time limit where they automatically send payment either if you don't hit the accumulated amount.

That's what I've been told though. So I may stand corrected.

Posted this in the obslive section, but not sure if different staff check over different channels so thought I'd post it here as well:

I'm looking into this for a friend that streams: I'm trying to find a countdown/timer command that will allows someone to set a timer for whatever amount of time they input. After the time has expired, either a message will automatically appear in the chat OR it show on her stream.

I have found a Nightbot commands that does almost all of that, but does not offer any sort of notification that time has expired. The only option is to check the time remaining with a command, which does keep track, but has to be checked to see if time expires.

Hoping to find something that is toggled by a command, so that rather than her having to start the timer herself, the mods will be able to start it. Just want it to actually have a notification of the timer expiring.

Sorry if this has been asked before and I'm either beating a dead horse or the answer has been posted multiple time, but when I was researching it, I only came across the nightbot command after looking for 20-30 minutes. Feel free to message me directly, although I am heading to bed shortly. Just wanted to get the ball rolling so that hopefully when I wake up/tomorrow when she starts streaming, I'm able to help.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Hey,

I have set up my stream in OBS. Using streamelements for alerts and such.
Yesterday I had my first LIVE stream and all went well. Except for the alertbox not working.

I had a tip off stream before starting, that showed in my counter as well.
It shows me my Twitch.tv total followers in session data, but not the amount of new followers or names of the latest followers.

When using the test alerts, everything works flawless....

Not sure how to fix this.

@mystic fiber If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hey guys i have created a couple "overlays" that i want to share with people as they are to do with a brand affilate thing. How would i be able to share them so that they get added to their overlay sections and they can adjust settings as needed.

Hi, I've added new custom commands to my bot but for some reason they aren't working and I can't figure out why. The commands I had previously imported from nightbot work but any new ones I've added seem to do nothing. I've tried making the bot leave and rejoin the channel and that doesn't seem to have helped. Any advice appreciated.

Using the Tip Goals... is there a way to reset the goal accumulation? I want to start a new goal, however, the widget is considering my total previous donations which wouldn't apply.

@queen vault 10 minutes of watch time is given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled to watch time to work properly.
There is no direct link between watch time and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the number of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in the chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user do not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@lime crest Prime Gaming (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For Prime Gaming, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. Twitch doesn't handle tips. They handle subs and bits. Tips will either go through your PayPal or through a system like SE.Pay.

@wide patrol If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Well, properly put, the editor sometimes animates, but infrequently and intermittently
and OBS is picking up on the same intermittent behavior appropriately, so issue seems on SE end

It seems to freeze for several minutes after saving any changes, then goes back to functional

Well, it hasn't started animating again after the most recent changes so perhaps it working again for a little bit there was a fluke. Another interesting tidbit I'm just now realizing is I can confirm the "Show Messages Permanently" button is checked, but its still fading the messages away

Well, I had already tried restarting during my own troubleshooting and another restart just cleared this up somehow. Given I had already tried that before I'm really confused lol but that's where I'm at now. Seems good to go

@unreal lake If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have OBS.Live installed, please follow these steps:

Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
Exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
Delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
Start OBS.Live
Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Connect

changing encoder is fine, I just want to be able to have 2 ways of recording, so that I can have a 'clean' recording with no overlays just gameplay and voice over, and then the recording with more of the overlays etc so I can do different things with editing where I want to, currently I use OBS and the other, but wanting to move away from the other since all of my alerts are migrating to SE and everything else is already SE

Morning folks - trust youre well - had a query yesterday for the "Totals" subscription number not being pulled through from Twitch, you suggested I log out and log back in. If there is a chargeback claim via PayPal - we do not have access and do not gain access to your paypal account to fight the dispute for you, so thats up to you. Same thing applies for Streamlabs.
That being said, we do have SE.pay that allows direct debit/credit car tipping to happen and we fight those disputes for you.

@regal dew SLOBS is a fork of OBS Studio and to my best of knowledge it lacks some improvements from OBS Studio and some stability patches. OBS.Live on the other hand is a plugin for OBS Studio, meaning that when ever OBS Studio updates, we are always updated with them.

from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

I cleared the cache. I disabled the extensions but the problem persists.
I also notice that the Create Blank Overlay menus doesn't work either.

@dapper patrol If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

OBS Live isn't working. It says it cannot connect I connect to twitch and then it says I am not connected... I can stream fine.. So I am connected, but it says connect to twitch and when I do it doesn't work.

I may have not used good diction. But ground control doesn't work on my OBS live and it says I am not connected to twitch even though I can stream through OBS Live to twitch so I am connected.

I need help :(. I changed my custom bot password and now I can't change the custom bot name at all (even tried another one). I have the donation panel and the tipping options set up, as stupid as that requirement may be. What could be wrong? I already tried uninstalling OBS.Live, disconnecting the payment methods, the panel, even the Twitch connection settings. On OBS-Live, when I log in with the bot account and press authorize, nothing happens. On Ground Control, I don't even have the option. What's going on here?

if a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

Maybe check if your paypal email is verified, or something on your paypal account.

@gray willow If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
