HI there for the past 4 hours or so, my Twitch Panel isn't loading. When I try to access the 'Configure' in Edit Panels, all the settings have reset and if I make changes and save, when I reopen it, it's reset again (so not saving any changes). Is there a current known issue with the panel?

Hmm, how to explain it, what happens is that I am trying to make modifications in the alerts for cheers, but it does not change them, it leaves me the ones that the theme already has by default, but instead if I try to modify the alert, for example Subs or Follows , there the system allows it, I don't know if I explained myself @placid raptor

Either disable them or make the same changes to the assets and you'll see your changes when testing and live.

Update - We have identified an issue with a transit provider which is causing 5xx class HTTP errors, such as HTTP 522, 502, 503.

@rose lichen Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

I have access to that channel but I have to log out of streamelements each time I want to switch between the two. Is there any way to integrate them together?

Hello. I was working with a support agent yesterday on this issue but am still have some problems. I'm trying to configure the StreamElements Leaderboard extension on my Twitch page but I'm unable to save any changes. Attached is a screen shot of the Network section of the debugging menu when both loading up the extension and pressing save. I seem to be getting a 429 error code specifically with this extension that seems to be related to "too many requests". This was the same error I was receiving yesterday and I'm not sure what it's directly relating too. Are there really too many people trying to configure their Leaderboard extension at the same time? I've tested the extension on two different Twitch accounts and even two different computers with the same issue. Sorry this is kind of in depth but I work in IT so I kind of go into troubleshooting mode when stuff like this happens. Any insight would be appreciated.

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

If you do not use Streamelemnts OBS (with the plug in) you can control it over your dashboard here for example. You also need to add that widget "media request" to your overlay if you would like to show the video

@naive quartz Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

• Tier 3 on its own (but if its gifted, the gifting person's name would not be read in the alert).
• Gifted on it's own, regardless of is a Tier 1, 2, 3.... so Tier 3's (which are HUGE), get downplayed.

I am using stream elements with the live version trying to get my stream up and running, but when i go live, i have up to 90% frame drops and my kb/s is all over the place. from 90-2000 but never at the set 4.5k. does anyone know what i might be doing wrong? I have tried the auto setup, that made things worse. I can record to video to upload to youtube, and everything is fine, but when trying to stream.....it is completely busted for me. I have tried usual youtube video settings that most people use, as well as the tech help settings. I have more than adequate upload speed. I have i7 7700k cpu with 16gig gaming ddr4 memory and a R290X GPU.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. 1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Yello, my StreamElements says I have less followers than my twitch says. It has been like this for over a week, and it makes it so that my counter on stream does not update to the current amount.
Anyone know how I fix this?

It remembers @grizzled skiff, I'm not sure how it reacts when you lose a certain Twitch rank

when it loses it's sub, it will just be the text of the emote instead of that actual emote

you can access the session data from your activity feed in SE dashboard, on the right side

Hey all, I am trying to add sounds for my viewers to redeem. I have got two working but the others have are not? I can't work out the issue, the whole process for them is the same as the first two.

It works if I redeem them from the store but when I use the command it says there isn't that item in the store even though I can redeem them directly.

Since there are no integrations for spotify on streamelements i found another way but it adds an overlay on the screen i'd just like it to show when songs swap nothing more is that actually possible ?

Yeah, well they work directly through as store redemption, but only 2 of them work through the chat command.

Hi is streamelements able to help me with confirming a user’s email address or location when they have donated through streamelements as I have been on the phone to PayPal and they say I need confirmation or a email associated to that address or the address in general

Or at least the IP address of the account involved which can be shared with PayPal only so there is no gaining of someone’s ip

• Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member.
