Hi there, trying to set the !bet in my twitch channel with StreamElements
The bet start but people CANT bet, they write the right cmd but nothing appears.
example they write !bet win 10
and the bot dont get the info so 0 bets on it.
Any idea ?

Does anyone know why, when I create a custom command to use /marker , the bot just sends "/marker" to chat as plain text as the command response (not as a twitch /command) such that everyone sees it as a plain text message? Custom commands for other twitch /commands (such as /timeout) work just fine, but /marker sends as plain text. The bot name is added as an editor + mod on twitch.

I have a variation for the sub alerts, I use "at least" to show the alerts after the one year sub. But, when I play, for example, a 17 months one it shows me the default alert, "the new subscriber" one.

Hi there! I got a quick question about the Asset Rotator / Slideshow thingy. For some reason when I add an asset to it it the asset just goes invisible when I try click on it to customize it. The asset is still in the rotation popping up and stuff but I can't see it on the menu at all. So now I have two of the same that are popping up here but I can see neither in the menu at all.

Only way to work around it is make multiple asset rotators with only one asset in each and avoid clicking on the image itself so it doesn't disappear

To integrate, open https://bynogame.com/ben/bngpay and click on the StreamElements Kurulumu button (if you can't see it, open the link again). 
You will be asked to authorize the connection on our site. Once authorized, all the tips you receive through ByNoGame will generate alerts on StreamElements, and show up in your activity feed, revenue history, labels, dashboard, etc.

Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. FireFox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

Hi, I had an issue with some TTS tonight on stream. It was being selective about what message would be spoken, even though the message was cheered with the minimum about of bits needed. • Add a new browser source in OBS, add the URL and set the dimensions correctly,
• Tick the box for "Control audio via OBS"

• Run your MR either in Chrome or in Ground Control (use command !gc),
DO NOT CLICK "SHOW ON STREAM"
• Set Chrome or GC in the VAC as an audio input and output,
• Add the audio output from VAC as an audio input in OBS,
NOTE: this will not be able to show the video in OBS

It is currently not possible to separate audio for yourself and stream if you ALSO want to show the video in OBS.
The only way to do this would be to follow the last set of instructions above and then use Window Capture on GC or Chrome.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. FireFox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

I last streamed using SE a few weeks ago and they weren't showing and I had been told quite a while ago it was because of a Twitch API changes. @lament blade 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hello I need a bit of trouble shooting assistance... I recently swapped from streamlabs over to element and for some reason am having issues with some of my custom overlays not showing up after installment. It shows it in the file and on preview but not on the actual stream screen. @round bramble That was already checked for me but, I actually just diagnosed it. In the future if anyone has the same issue for some odd reason it was showing my x and y coordinates for the source -2K each. So in reality I just readjusted the coordinates back to zero and moved the border properly to fit my screen. Thank you for reaching out!

Hi, I'm having problems accessing my own and the dashboard of the people I mod for.
Also, when I click the big "My dashboard" button I get redirected back to the same page instead of landing in my dashboard.
When I go through Profile > Dashboard I can access my own dashboard, but trying to change to a streamer I mod for throws me back to the home page.

@dawn whale There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security
WARNING: In submitting a closure request you will delete both linked accounts and loose all data from both accounts. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data(tips, subs, etc). You can still relogin with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

That should work @unborn night . I don't believe that the watchtime is at all dependent on the loyalty system. Watchtime should count even when loyalty is disabled .... i think at least (would need to test)

hi 🙂 have a question: i use the streamelements OBS, and put a streamelements overlay. but on the ovrlay, there's a 'currently playing' part, and it's supposed to import {title} i believe but nothing shows up on it. so I have to input the games manually
is there a way to fix it?

Hey all - Does anyone know if it is possible to do the following?:
I would like a scene to fade in over the top of other scenes when triggered by a goal of sorts.
My idea is when a viewer donates/tips to the stream, I'd like the donation goal to show on the screen and then fade away again without me the streamer having to do anything during the stream

@visual sleet If you changed your name on Twitch please follow these steps:
🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to add a global cooldown for all sounds. I can add cooldowns for individual sounds, but I would like to setup a cooldown for all item redemptions. For example for 1 minute no one can redeem any item.
