Hello, my alert box isn't showing properly on my twitch stream but shows fine in testing on the streamelements site. When it goes off on stream I only see the left side of the alert...I'm not sure if there is a setting somewhere to change. I don't have any crop filters or anything set to the alert that I'm aware of. I've attached a photo of the way it looks when I test as well as the actual view of the alert.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

@lament blade - In StreamElements, do you have an overlay made for donation alerts? If you're only using alerts from SLOBS, it won't display tips made through the StreamElements link. You can keep all your other alerts in SLOBS if you have them setup there, but try making an overlay in StreamElements, then copying the link into a BrowserSource in SLOBS. At least, that's my best guess! 🙂

Sometimes it seems that streamelents can’t recognize my subscribers. I set the soundboard only for subscribers and it used to work for months until few days ago. Now, sometimes, when subs use a sound command, streamelements answers something like “this item is subscribers only”. Can you help me to solve this issue?

I'm an editor on my friends Streamelements page.
We are experiencing a few issues, and we can't figure it out.
The dashboard stats are empty.
Sub count is 0 while he has 15 subs. (command and overlay). We tried resetting the widget data, part/join channel (streamelements is Moderator in his channel). I can see all the subs in his session data.
On my own streamelements page and the others that i'm moderating, i don't have any issues with the dashboard and sub count.

You should use bitrate that keeps reserve of your upload. For example if you have 5mbit upload, try to stream with 2000 bitrate. Then, keep your resolution and framerate lower (as 1080p with 2000 bitrate is bad for viewers)

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Thanks. When I enter https://streamelements.com/features/chatbot there is an "Activate Now" button, but when pressed, I simply get returned to the dashboard with a "Bot has been set up, wanna add some filters?"

Additionally, going to the chatbot tab in OBS with OBS.Live, it also just returns with a "The bot has already been set up"

Donations aren't triggering alerts on my Streamelements overlay. Other alerts are fine but I have to manually input the donation from the dashboard in order for it to register. I've only been notified when an email alert comes through. I usually only see this after I've finished streaming. I figured before that it was because my PayPal wasn't verified but now it is. 3) Stop your stream/recording.

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

I have experienced that as well, it is just graphical thing that happens sometimes in the editor when emulating alerts. It shouldn't appear or get stuck in OBS/stream. Have you noticed it getting stuck in when actually streaming?

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. FireFox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

Steps:

1. Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
2. In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

@hollow peak The bot doesn't censor itself. If you're seeing *** that is because of your Twitch moderation settings. The easiest fix is to make the bot a moderator.

logs are session based, if theres nothing in it then the steps were not followed correctly, please, if you would like to get to the bottom of this, do another log and analyse it so you know if you have done it correctly

@karmic cedar 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.
