There is no way one overlay can affect another when changing any settings. I'm sure you were looking at the wrong overlays and not refreshing properly.

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

Excuse me I have a problem, what happens is that I cannot streme to 1920x1080.60fps I think I am wrongly configuring the streamlabs obs or I don't know, my components .... internet: 8ping, 94.68mbps download and 20.16 mbps upload, i9 9900k, 2070, 32gb ram, 2 monitors, 1 of 144hz 24 inches and another of 20 inches 60hz to see the streamlabs and the chat, I am almost always lagged or I have a lot of fps drops I don't know if they could help me thanks.

@lament blade 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It canβt be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@lament blade 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It canβt be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hey all! I have a question about this "notlikethis" blue screen. Apparently my viewers have been getting this screen for my last 3 streams but there is NO indication on my end that anything is happening. I only know because my viewers told me. Total n00b here. Trying to get songrequests working, audio only, autoplay requests, don't play if queue is empty. From the online docs, audio should be enabled without the Media Requests widget, but it isn't. Even with the widget in the overlay (which does get audio and video) I have no media controls in the StreamElements media request page. I have skip forward / skip back text that states, "Make sure you have the MediaShare widget on your overlay". What am I missing?

@sterile swallow Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:
- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

Not that I am aware of. It just stopped working one day. I didnt do anything different. The change actually happened when the editor changed but not sure if thats the issue or not
It's still on the over lay and if i click emulate it shows on the browser

so something is getting lost between the browser source and obs

Not sure if this is a Twitch thing or an OBS.Live thing, but for some reason setting my custom bot name isn't working. I had it connected a few days ago, but randomly it disconnected and now won't reconnect

1) Right click on your OBS desktop shortcut -> properties - in the "Target" field add this -> --remote-debugging-port=40404
2) Open OBS(or restart if it was open)
3) Open your browser and type in "localhost:40404"
4) Click on "StreamElements - Activity feed"
5) navigate to the Console tab
6) type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration() and hit enter
7) Try setting the custom bot name
8) remove the added addition of step 1

All, I am currently logged into streamelements for twitch. I want to have my overlays for facebook. I found this out by logging in with facebook and linking it. I now go back into the twitch and tried adding facebook to it and now says it is already claimed.

- Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts
- Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
- Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member.

Also make sure about the alert variations as well as those can still display the original stuff.
But there should be an emulate button at the bottom of the editor.
