@sturdy lion your browser source size on OBS is probably too small for the overlay itself, go to the browser source settings and make sure that its size matches the overlay

So currently i have 3 scenes in my OBS (starting, Pre game and live) i put the transition up and it switches flawless from "starting to pre game" but when i try to jump from pre game to live, it jumps back to the "starting" scene for a second and THEN does the transition. so the transition doesnt start from the scene i was actually in

Hi, I created some alerts in streamelements and created the browser source in OBS and uploaded the link, all fine, but when testing the alerts in streamelements only the audio plays in OBS, no visuals (text or gifs etc. not showing). The alerts are the top layer in OBS sources so it's not like anything could be blocking them. Any help would be appreciated.

hey i put up the alert boxes and put everything into OBS live. when I emulate the alerts, it shows as it should in the overlay editor in streamelements and in OBS but when i did a live test and followed with another account, there was no notification of a follower

3) Stop your stream/recording.

But pressing F11 does not fix it

I also pressed fullscreen interface from the View tab, it kind of "refreshes" where for a split second I can see my taskbar, then it immediately goes full screen again

I had this issue a few weeks ago and ended up uninstalling and going back to OBS, i reinstalled windows yesterday as I was upgrading my pc and decided to give SE a go again, it worked fine until now

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. FireFox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

Hi! I'm having a problem with the MEDIA REQUEST function: I use it to show the music that the people request in my chat. Later, I comment this music. The thing is it is played ALWAYS in a double way: it sound two times, with an eternal "delay" or "echo". I imagine this is because it is played in OBS and in the overlay AT THE SAME TIME, but I can do anything to change it: if the volume of the player goes down, it goes down for the first reproduction and it "echo".

Hi! I'm having a problem with the MEDIA REQUEST function: I use it to show the music that the people request in my chat. Later, I comment this music. The thing is this music is ALWAYS played in a double way: it sound two times, with an eternal "delay" or "echo". I imagine this is because it sounds in OBS and in the overlay AT THE SAME TIME, but I can do anything to change it: if the volume of the player goes down, it goes down for the first reproduction and it "echo".

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer

  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

If they aren't - just logout from our dashboard and login with the proper platform

Please add the ability to put Alerts Text in front centered of image/video. My streamlab alerts are animated with the text centered inside the image, but when i import them, streamelements changes the position of the alert text.

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.
