- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.

question, I am sure there is an easy solution to this...
I cast several leagues and scrim series, and I have different scenes for them all using their unique names and logos.
I just made copies of a overlay in SE and set them all all up. What I am seeing is that all my scenes in OBS are pulling the last version of the overlay, so all 4 are showing the last overlay I made instead of all 4 showing their own.
I just changed the browser source for one scene and it changed it for all of them....
Is this because I created the scenes as copies? Or because I created the overlays as copies?

Having an issue with having a store item with a video as a preview asset, after a user redeems it, which works fine, the next time i get a follower alert, the audio from that video will get played, any thoughts? I can reproduce the result each time if you want specific steps

- from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

Hello, I seek help with media requests. For some time now the volume slider has been missing, this used to be there. I'm using google chrome. My super mods can't change the volume either with the !volume command. Streamelements bot says that an error has occurred. Yes, I've seen that. It's the normal YouTube audio slider. There used to be a on site audio slider which made super mods control the volume of the video. Is this deleted?
