set audio on the PS4 to come out of your TV and depending on your headset plug your headset into the tv for headset audio and mic into controller, but for xbox iv no clue but theres prob a similar option

I used to use a pair of turtlebeach headphones for initially for a XBOX but worked on the PS4 😛 USB into the PS4 Headphone jack into back of tv and mic jack into my controller

anyone ran into an issue before where overlays just freeze? Like it'll load the overlay and it'll start the animation but then it'll just stop, thats within OBS, and also if i launch the same overlay in chrome it does the exact same.

Like The streamelements website does fine for me, but if i even so much as go to edit an overlay that page freezes and crashes

Also check hardware acceleration in OBS

you need to add the scene as a browser source to OBS

when you click "preview" from the dash or "launch" from the editor copy the URL provided and then in OBS on a scene right click add source > browser source > paste link > change dimensions to the dimensions of the overlay and boom 🙂 alerts on stream @toxic osprey

if you then experience alert echoing, make a new "scene" called alerts, add the browser source to that scene with your alerts on, then to all your other scenes right click add source > scene > alerts scene

echoing should then be fixed

Well i'm setting up streaming from OBS and i got my ps4 connected to my capture card and capture card connected to PC, any how i had to turn off HDCP in PS4 settings to make it work and display in OBS but my friend on fb messenger said it may cause issues when certain cut scenes come up in game etc... so he said to get an hdmi splitter to bypass that issue and was wondering if that's true? I haven't tested any thing yet

• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.
